通过作业设计培养学生的自主学习能力

摘  要: 我国2001年颁布的《基础教育课程改革纲要》指出,教学应坚持以人为本的原则,倡导学生主动参与,乐于探究,勤于动手,从而形成积极主动的学习态度,培养学生自主学习的能力。在一新教育理念的指导下,很多专家从课堂教学改革方面对如何培养学生的自主学习能力进行了深入的探讨,但通过教师对作业的设计来培养学生的自主学习能力的研究却比较少,本文试图弥补这方面的不足。为此,笔者以初中思想品德课的作业设计为例,主要分析初中思想品德课作业设计存在的问题、作业设计的基本原则、作业设计的具体策略、作业设计需要处理好的几个关系等几个方面。通过文献研究、问卷调查和个案访谈的方式发现在当前在初中思想品德课作业设计中存在三方面问题:第一,教师设计作业的观念陈旧,导致在作业设计上出现很多问题:在作业布置的主体上,以教师为主,学生的主体性和个体差异性没有得到重视;在作业设计的功能上,忽视作业的多种功能,过度注重作业的认知和巩固知识的功能;在作业设计的内容上,主要围绕书本章节,与学生生活实际脱离,不利于培养学生多方面的能力。第二,作业形式单调,难以让学生从作业中自主地掌握到各种学习方法、策略。第三,作业的批改和评价方式单一,不利于师生间情感的交流,不利于学生自主进行情感、价值方面的学习。本研究针对这些存在的问题,就初中思想品德作业设计的丰富的种类和教师的具体策略进行探讨,并进而探讨了教师在作业设计中应处理好的几对关系,以推动教师的作业设计能更科学、更完善地进行,真正通过作业来培养学生的自主学习能力,为学生的终身发展打下良好的基础。 Our country promulgated2001" compendium of basic education curriculum reform" point out, teaching should adhere to the principle of people-oriented, students are encouraged to actively participate, willing to explore, diligent hands, thereby forming a pro-active attitude towards learning, cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability. In a new education under the guidance of the concept, a lot of experts from the reform of classroom teaching on how to cultivate students' autonomous learning ability has carried on the thorough discussion, but by teachers on the job design to cultivate students' autonomous learning ability is studied less, this paper attempts to remedy this deficiency. For this, the author to the junior middle school thought personal character class homework design as an example, analyzes the junior middle school thought personal character class homework design problems, homework design basic principle, job design, job design specific strategies to deal with several relations and so on several aspects. Through literature research, questionnaire survey and case interviews found in current in the junior middle school thought personal character class design in three aspects:first, teachers design concept is old-fashioned, resulting in job design appears a lot of problems:in the work arrangement on the main body, is mainly based on teachers, students' subjectivity and individual difference did not receive much attention; in the job design function, neglecting work a variety of functions, excessive emphasis on the work of cognitive and consolidate knowledge function; in job design content, mainly around the book chapters, and the students real life from, is not conducive to the cultivation of students' ability in many aspects. Homework second, monotonous form, make it difficult for students from work independently to master various learning methods, strategies. Third, homework correcting and single evaluation methods, is not conducive to emotional communication, did not favor the student to own emotion, value of learning. The present study aimed at these problems, the middle school moral work design the rich variety and teachers specific strategies are discussed, and then discusses the teachers in exercise design should deal with several couples of relations, to promote the teachers' job design more scientific, more perfect to carry out, through a real work to cultivate students the ability of independent learning, for students' lifelong development and lay a good foundation.
