摘　　要： 董必武可算是见证中国近代史发展的人物,他先后经历了辛亥革命、北伐战争、土地革命、抗日战争、解放战争和社会主义建设。而他的法治思想就是在这样的经历中逐渐形成的,很有研究的价值。 本文分为四个部分： 第一部分是前言。主要包括董必武的简介和当下学界对于董必武法治思想研究的现状,以及本文的研究框架和思路方法等。 第二部分是董必武法治思想的形成。从两个方面进行了阐述,一方面是理论前提,另一方面是时代背景。 第三部分是本文的重点部分,讲述了董必武法治思想的主要内容。分别从董必武的立法思想、司法思想、执法思想和守法思想进行了阐述,另外还着重的阐述了董必武法治思想的教育形式以及董必武关于法律人才的培养问题。 第四部分是董必武法治思想的实践价值及不足。本部分主要是结合董必武的切身经历阐述了董必武的法治思想对我国各个时期的影响,以及董必武的法治教育思想对于当代教育的影响。 DongBiWu can be a witness of the development of China's modern history figure, he has gone through the revolution of, the northern expedition, the agrarian revolution, Anti-Japanese War, war of liberation a nd socialist construction. And his idea of rule of law is in such experience gradually formed of, very the value. This paper is divided into four parts: The first part is a foreword. Mainly includes DongBiWu introduction and the academic circles for DongBiWu nomocracy thought the present situation of the research, and this paper the research framework and thinking methods. The second part is DongBiWu nomocracy thought formation. This paper consists of two aspects, on the one hand, the theoretical premise, on the other hand is background. The third part is the key part of this paper, tells the story of the main content of the DongBiWu legal thought. DongBiWu respectively from the legislation, judicial thoughts, ideas and obeying the law enforcement thought thought were introduced, and expounds the main focus of the DongBiWu education form of legal thought and DongBiWu about legal talented cultivation problems. The fourth part is DongBiWu nomocracy thought of practical value and insufficiency. This part is a combination of main DongBiWu life experiences DongBiWu expounds the idea of rule of law in our country for each period, and the influence of the rule of law education for the idea of DongBiWu contemporary education influence.
