大学生未来取向影响因素及其作用机制研究

摘  要: 大学时期是一个思考未来,准备向成年过渡的时期,是一个集中建构新思想、新观念、兴趣、责任、自我信念以及确立价值观的时期。人们如何看待自己的未来,自己的目标、愿望或期望是什么,称为“未来取向”。 本论文首先综述了国外关于未来取向发展的理论观点和实证研究,在此基础上结合中国文化背景修订了心理学家Seginer的“未来取向问卷”,并采用修订后的问卷对大学四个年级近1500名大学生进行了调查,然后在调查数据和已有理论观点的基础上系统分析了在未来三大发展领域中大学生未来取向的发展,对大学生未来取向的心理结构和特点进行研究,对Seginer编制的未来取向问卷进行修订,考察未来取向与人格特质、自我概念、成就目标、学习投入之间的相互关系。主要得出以下结论: 1、大学生未来取向的心理结构包括了动机成分、认知表征和行为成分。 2大学生的未来取向在专业、性别、年级上存在显著差异。大学生的未来教育取向在专业、性别、年级、城乡上存在显著差异,大学生的未来职业取向在专业、性别、年级上存在显著差异;大学生的未来家庭取向在专业、性别、年级上存在显著差异。 3、人格特质对大学生未来取向有预测作用。大五人格的宜人性、外向性、情绪稳定性、尽责性与大学生未来教育取向、职业取向、家庭取向均有显著相关。 4、自我概念对大学生未来取向有预测作用。生理自我、道德伦理自我、个人自我、家庭自我、社会自我、自我认同、自我满意、自我行动与未来教育取向、职业取向、家庭取向均存在显著正相关。 5、大学生未来取向、成就目标(成绩趋近、掌握趋近、成绩回避、掌握回避)与学习投入之间相关显著,大学生的成绩趋近与掌握趋近在未来取向与学习投入之间起中介作用。 College student can be conceived as a period of thinking about thefuture in preparation for transition to adulthood, and it’s also a time forthe intensive construction of new thoughts, values, commitment, andself-beliefs. How people see their personal future in terms of goal andconcerns has been described in terms of future orientation. Earlier research and theories on adolescents’ future orientation werefirst reviewed. Next, Future Orientation Questionnaire was revised in thecontext of China. And then the revised questionnaire was administrated toapproximately1500College students from university. On the base of thedata, the characteristics of future orientation according to location wereanalyzed. Study on University Students' psychological structure andcharacteristics of the future orientation, revised the future orientationquestionnaire, and examine the relationship between the futureorientation and personality, self-concept, achievement goal, learningengagement. The main findings are as follows: 1、The future orientation of the college students’ psychological structureincludes motivation, cognitive and behavioral components. 2、The future orientation for College Students is significant different onprofessional courses, gender, and grade.The future orientation ofeducation for College Students is significant different on professionalcourses, gender, and grade, urban and rural. The future orientation ofoccupation and future family of orientation for College Students both aresignificant different on professional courses, gender, and grade. 3、Big five personality could predict the future orientation of collegestudents. Agreeableness, extraversion, emotional stability, conscientiousness were significant related to students' future orientationof education, occupation and family. 4、Self concept could predict the future orientation of college students.Physical self, moral and ethical self, family self, social self, self-identity,self-satisfaction, self action were significant related to future orientationof education, occupation and family. 5、 The future orientation of college students, achievement goal/(performance-approach, master approach, avoiding performance, masteryavoidance/) and learning engagement correlated significantly. Students'performance approach and master approach played an intermediary rolebetween the future orientation and learning engagement.
