摘　　要： 社会公正是转型时期我国社会面临的重要问题，受到社会各界的广泛关注，并被认为与多种社会现象有关。本研究以大学生为研究对象，探索社会公正感及对富人的偏见的结构并编制了相应问卷，修订了公正敏感性问卷，并结合了《人际信任问卷》，调查了933名在校大学生，探讨了大学生社会公正感与人际信任、受害者公正敏感性、对富人的偏见之间的关系，获得结论如下： 1.大学生社会公正感结构包含四个因素：分配公正感、程序公正感、机会公正感和互动公正感。 2.大学生对富人的偏见结构包含三个因素：认知、情感和行为意向。 3.公正敏感性的四因素结构（即受害者敏感性、观察者敏感性、得益者敏感性和犯过者敏感性）适用于中国背景下的大学生群体。 4.大学生社会公正感、对富人的偏见和人际信任在人口学特征上存在显著差异，其中大学生社会公正感在性别、是否独生子女、专业、生源地、经济水平上存在显著差异；对富人的偏见在是否独生子女、经济水平上存在显著差异；人际信任在性别上存在显著差异。 5.大学生社会公正感对人际信任有显著的正向影响、对富人的偏见有显著的负向影响。 6.在大学生社会公正感与对富人的偏见的关系中，人际信任起部分中介作用，受害者公正敏感性起增强型的调节作用。 Social justice is the important problem in the social during the period of transformation, it have become a focus of public attention, and thought to be relate to many social phenomenon. This study uses undergraduates as resource, explore the structure of the perceived social justice and anti‐rich prejudice, and works out the corresponding questionnaires, revise the justice sensitivity questionnaire, combining the interpersonal trust questionnaire, for the investigation of933undergraduates, in order to explore the relationship between perceived justice, interpersonal trust, victim justice sensitivity and anti‐rich prejudice. The conclusions are as follows. 1. The undergraduate’s perceived social justice consist of four factors：distributive justice, procedural justice, opportunity justice, Interaction justice. 2. The undergraduate’s anti‐rich prejudice consist of three factors：cognition, affect, behavior intention. 3. Fourth factors model of justice sensitivity（victim、observer、beneficiary、perpetrator）are adapt to chinese undergraduates. 4. The obvious diversity exists in the perceived social justice whose demographic characteristics vary by gender, only child, major, origin of students, economic situation；anti‐rich prejudice by only child, economic situation；interpersonal trust by gender. 5. Perceived social justice have a positive effect on interpersonal trust, and a negative effect on anti‐rich prejudice. 6. Interpersonal trust as a mediation and victim justice sensitivity as a moderation between the perceived social justice and anti‐rich prejudice.
