摘 要: 作为先进运输生产力的代表,重载铁路在大宗货物运输中占据主要地位。随着经济的发展,大宗货物运输需求量持续增加,对我国重载铁路运输提出新的挑战。从系统的角度出发,仅对重载铁路实行扩能改造无法从根本上提高重载铁路的运输能力,只有参与整个运输过程的各环节间相互匹配、相互协调,才能满足市场需求。本文通过分析各环节的能力发挥情况,研究重载铁路集疏运系统的协调性,找出限制系统能力发挥的根本要素,并提出相应的协调措施,以提高系统能力。 首先,本文运用系统论、自组织理论介绍了重载铁路集疏运系统的内涵与特征,并分析了集疏运系统的形成机理,指出能力是支配集疏运系统形成的序参量,为全文的研究奠定理论基础。然后,论文从设施设备协调、车流组织协调及运输管理协调三个层面阐述了重载铁路集疏运系统协调的内容,并以大秦线集疏运系统为例,说明不同运量目标下,系统在这三个层面的具体协调表现。接着,本文指出能力协调是重载铁路集疏运系统协调的最终体现,并在结合我国重载运输实际的基础上,根据重载铁路集疏运系统的实际作业过程,分别构建集运子系统、运输子系统和疏运子系统的能力求解模型,以及能力协调度计算模型。最后,以大秦线集疏运系统为例,分析了该系统现阶段的能力协调状况,找出限制整个系统能力发挥的主要原因,并提出相应的优化协调方案。 鉴于大秦线在我国重载铁路中的示范作用,本文的研究成果将为其他重载煤运通道或繁忙干线的建设及扩能改造提供新的思路。 As a representative of the advanced transportation productivity, heavy haul railway palys a dominant position in mass freight transport. With economic development, demand for mass freight transport begins to accelerate, and brings new challenges to railway heavy haul transport. From the angle of whole system, provided the only railway capacity of transformation can't improved fundamentally railway transport capacity overloading, only the transportation in each step of matching each other, coordinate with each other, and to meet the market demand. Basing on the research of each step's ability, this paper analysis of the degree of coordination of heavy haul railway collection and distribution system, finds out the problem of it and to make appropriate measures to improve system's capacity. Firstly, this paper describes the content and features of collection and distribution system of heavy haul railway, and analysis the formation mechanism of it, then point out that the capacity is the order parameter of system dominated, this has laid a theoretical foundation for full study. Sceondly, the paper from the facilities and equipment coordination, traffic organization coordination and transportation organizations management coordinated describes the coordinate contents of the collection and distribution system, and take Datong-Qinhuangdao collection and distribution system as an example to illustrate the specific performance of three coordinated levels. On the basis of the actual work process of heavy haul transport, this work points out that the ability coordination is the ultimate expression of the collection and distribution system of heavy haul railway, constructes models to calculate subsystem's ability and the coordination degree of them. Taking Datong-Qinhuangdao railway line collection and distribution system as an example, this paper analysis of the system's ability coordinate situation at this stage, and puts forward a few optimized initiatives. Considering the fact that the Datong-Qinhuangdao railway is a role model of China's heavy haul railway,this study will provide new ideas for the development of other overloaded coal transportation channel.
