摘　　要： 探索科技服务业发展的技术路线图对发展科技服务业、促进科技创新和经济发展有重要意义。本文首先总结分析了科技服务业发展现状和相关研究现状，提出目前研究存在的两点问题：没有研究科技服务业动态发展的一般规律和技术路线图；没有针对珠三角科技服务业一体化发展的需要进行研究。 针对上述两个问题，本文首先运用演化博弈论分别分析了营利性和非营利科技服务机构的发展方向和应注意的问题，从而得出科技服务业发展的技术路线图。然后分析了珠三角科技服务业发展存在的主要问题，并提出相应的解决办法。最后以前面的分析为基础，阐述了相关的政策体系。本文的创新性研究内容主要有三点，总结如下： （1）运用演化博弈论，分别分析了营利性科技服务机构和非营利性科技服务机构的发展方向及发展过程中应注意的问题； （2）将技术路线图的方法应用于科技服务业发展的研究中，从宏观上论述了科技服务业的发展过程、应注意的问题及发展目标等； （3）根据科技服务业发展的技术路线图，结合珠三角地区的特点，分析了其发展科技服务业的政策体系，包括基础性政策和分别针对营利性科技服务机构、非营利性科技服务机构的时序政策。 Research of development technology roadmap of science and technology service industryis important for the development of science and technology service industry, promotingscience and technology innovation and economy development. This paper summarizes andanalyzes the present situation and development of science and technology service industryrelated research situation, put forward at present studies exist two problems: no study scienceand technology service industry development general rule and the technology roadmap; nodirected bead Triangle Tech service industry development of. To solve the above two problems, this paper analyzed for-profit and non-profit scienceand technology service agencies in the development direction and the problems should bepaid attention to with evolutionary game theory respectively, so that the development ofscience and technology service industry technology roadmap. Then analysed problems ofscience and technology service industry in bead Triangle, a finally to the preceding analysis asthe basis, elaborated the relevant policy system. This paper contents three innovative point, summarized as follows: /(1/) with the help of evolutionary game theory, the development direction and problemsshould be solved of for-profit and non-profit science and technology science and technologyservice organizations service agencies are analyzed; /(2/) from the overall,the technology roadmap method is applied to the development ofscience and technology service industry research, discussed science and technology serviceindustry development process, should pay attention to the problems and development target; /(3/) according to the development of science and technology service industry technologyroadmap, combined with the Pearl River Delta region characteristic, its policy system developscience and technology service industry is analyzed: including the basic policy and policy forthe nonprofit technology service agencies and non-profit science and technology serviceorganizations timing policy respectively.
