摘　　要： 广东省处于我国改革开放的前沿，经济发展速度居于全国前列。但传统资源的短缺已成为制约广东经济持续发展的瓶颈。如果不及时开发新的能源供应渠道，将严重制约广东省的经济发展。然而新能源产业的发展仅仅依赖市场的力量是无法实现其快速、健康发展的。本文研究金融支持广东省新能源产业的发展有利于广东省更好的开发新能源，解决目前广东省常规能源不足的现状，同时也有利于引导广东省金融业更好地实施“绿色信贷”、“能效融资”朝着低碳金融方向发展。 本文是从广东省发展新能源产业的重要性出发，采用定性分析与定量分析的方法。首先系统的回顾了国内外关于金融支持新能源产业发展的理论研究基础以及新能源产业的发展历程。结合金融的功能，从金融规模、金融结构、金融效率三个维度，立体透视金融支持新能源产业发展的传导机制，并运用SWOT分析方法对广东新能源产业的竞争态势进行研究，分析其优势、劣势、机会、威胁从而掌握广东省新能源产业竞争力的综合态势。本文通过用因子分析的方法构建出衡量新能源产业发展的综合指标，对广东省新能源产业发展指标和金融发展指标数据进行实证分析，研究金融支持与新能源产业发展之间的关系。 通过运用因子分析的方法构建出新能源产业发展综合指标的进行实证检验之后，得出的结论是：金融规模、金融效率和技术进步均对新能源产业发展有重要的推动作用。进一步完善金融规模、金融效率和技术进步能够对新能源产业的快速发展起到支持和推动作用，除此之外优化金融结构和增加人均固定资本存量也是促进新能源产业发展的一个重要的途径。 Guangdong Province is in the forefront of China's reforming and opening, the pace ofeconomic development in Guangdong Province is in the forefront of the whole country. Butthe traditional resources shortage has become a bottleneck to restrict the sustainabledevelopment in Guangdong's economy. If we do not develop new supply of energy sources, itwould severely hinder the economic development in Guangdong Province. However, onlyrely solely on market forces can not achieve the rapid and healthy development of new energyindustries. Researching the financial supporting for Guangdong Province new energy industrydevelopment is conducive to the development of new energy in Guangdong Province. And thiswill help guide the financial industry in Guangdong Province to better implement the “GreenCredit” and “Energy Efficiency financing” then towards the development of low carbonfinancial direction. This paper bases on the importance in developing new energy industries in theGuangdong Province, and using the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. At first,this paper systematically review all the theory of the financial support of the new energyindustry and the development process of new energy industry, and combine the functions ofthe finance, start from the three dimensions of the financial scale, financial structure andfinancial efficiency to dialysis the three-dimensional transmission mechanism of the financialsupporting the new energy industry development. And using the SWOT analysis method tohave a research about the competitive situation of Guangdong's new energy industry, toanalysis its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threat, in order to grasp competitivenessof the new energy industry. In this paper, we use the method of factor analysis to construct acomposite indicator to measure the development of new energy industry. Having an empiricalanalysis about the data of the New Energy Industrial development indicators and financialdevelopment indicators, then study the relationship between the development of new energyindustry and financial supporting. Using factor analysis method to build the new energy industry development indicatorsand to have an empirical test. The full-text summary of the following conclusions, we findthat the financial scale, financial efficiency and technological progress have an important role to promote the development of new energy industries. To further improve the financial scale,financial efficiency and technological progress are able to play a role in supporting andpromoting the rapid development of new energy industry. In addition, to optimize thefinancial structure and increases in per capita stock of fixed capitalis an important way topromote the development of new energy industry.
