摘　　要： 信息技术的高速发展，是当今时代的重要特点。SG公司ERP项目开始实施后，质量设计与质量管理发生了变化。进货检验结果是外购原材料的结算依据。检验结果的微小差别，可能会影响数万甚至数十万的原燃材料费用支出。如果因为人为因素的影响，造成进货检验结果失真，使检验结果变好，则极大地损害企业的利益，给企业带来巨大的经济损失；如使检验结果变坏，则损害供应商的利益，不利于建立长期稳定的供需合作关系。本文主要着眼于SG公司在实施ERP后外购原材料质量管理的应用研究，深入总结了SG公司近几年的外购原材料质量管理工作情况。 论文首先阐述了选题的背景与研究意义，综述了目前国内外学者对ERP和质量管理的研究和应用状况。然后对SG公司质量管理现状进行分析，总结了SG公司在实施ERP后近几年来在外购原材料质量管理方面的改进和完善情况，期望为SG公司在外购原材料质量管理方面进一步改进和完善提供方向，提高SG公司质量管理水平。 SG公司在实施ERP后在外购原材料质量管理方面的改进和完善，为供应商创造了公平竞争的环境，使供应商对SG公司的信任度大幅提升，为公司原材料的稳定供应创造了有利的条件，同时，避免了企业隐形的巨大经济损失，而且也保证了外购原燃材料的质量满足生产经营要求。 The rapid development of information technology is an important feature of the presentera. after the implementation of ERP, SG company's quality design and quality managementto be changed. The result of purchasing inspection is the basis of financial settlement. Cost ofacquisition will be added more than tens of thousands Yuan or hundreds of thousands Yuanbecause of tiny distinction on inspection result. If there is artificial affects in purchasinginspection, the interest of enterprise will be prejudiced because of better result or the interestof supplier will be prejudiced because of worse result. In the thesis, focuses on application ofPurchased raw materials quality management after the implementation of ERP, in-depthsummary SG company's Purchased raw materials quality management work in recent years. In the thesis, the background and significance of this research is expounded, the researchand application conditions of ERP and quality management is firstly summarized at home andabroad; Then analysis the status of SG company's quality management, summed up SGcompany's Purchased raw materials quality management improvement and perfection after theimplementation of ERP. Expectations for SG in Purchased raw materials quality managementto provide direction to further improvement and perfection，to improve the company's qualitymanagement. SG company's Purchased raw materials quality management improvement and perfectionafter the implementation of ERP, conditions for fair competition to suppliers have been built,confidence of suppliers to SG. company has been significantly improved, the favorablecondition for stable supply of raw materials has been created, great Invisible economic losseshave been avoided, the quality of purchased materials has been ensure to meet therequirements of production and operation.
