摘 要: 随着中国经济的高速发展,油墨行业的市场竞争日趋严峻,企业想要持续发展,单凭开拓市场,扩大销量已经不足够。对于油墨企业来说,更明智的方法是使用科学的方法、充分发挥有限的资源对企业的供应商进行系统的管理,从而在市场竞争环境中巩固自身地位。 传统的采购方法更多地关注降低采购交易价格来体现其效率。这种做法往往忽略了采购环节中的隐性不良成本,更容易使采购决策者缺乏从长远的角度来思考如何建立和发展与供应商的关系问题。 基于此,本论文以油墨的龙头企业X集团作为研究对象,深入了解其对供应商管理的现状及存在的问题,通过调查表、访谈等方式对现状进行分析,进一步发现问题的原因。而在方法上,本文在参考大量国内外相关文献资料的基础上,首先从油墨企业X集团的实际情况出发,结合供应商管理的理论,逐一对X集团的供应商管理现状进行了分析,并为X集团制定了优化方案。这些措施可以直接应用于公司的日常供应商管理中,解决X集团实际上存在的问题。 With China's rapid economic development, the ink industry, market competition isincreasingly severe, companies want to sustainable development, simply open up the marketto expand sales is not enough. Ink enterprises, a more sensible approach is to use the scientificmethod, and give full play to the limited resources on enterprise supplier management system,in order to consolidate its position in the market competition environment. Traditional procurement methods pay more attention to reduce procurement transactionprice to reflect its efficiency. This approach often overlooked hidden adverse costs in theprocurement chain to make it easier for the procurement decision-makers to the lack oflong-term perspective to thinking about how to set up and development the supplier relations. Based on this, the paper with ink leading enterprises X Group as the research object, athorough understanding of its supplier management present situation and the existencequestion, through questionnaires, interviews and other methods to the analysis of the statusquo, further discovered the cause of the problem. In the method, based on the reference ofmany at home and abroad on the basis of the relevant literature, first the actual situation of theink business X Group, combined with the theory of supplier management, management statusof each of the suppliers of the X group were analyzed, and optimization program wasdeveloped for the X Group. These measures can be applied directly to the company'sday-to-day supplier management to solve the problem of X Group actually exist.
