摘 要: 随着信息化的发展,越来越多的企业通过建立信息系统来调高自身的运行和管理效率,然而这些信息统统用来存储和管理信息的数据库通常是异构的。这种异构主要表现为命名冲突、格式冲突、结构冲突、数据冲突和语义冲突等。这些异构的数据库将企业内部的信息分割成不同的部分,使企业难于对数据进行整合的应用。许多企业或组织针对这一问题提出了不同的解决方案,但是都只能从某一方面来解决数据库异构的问题。 本体及其相关技术的发展为异构数据库的信息整合提供了新的方向。由于本体能精确的定义特定领域的概念和概念之间的关系,并且提供相应的描述,从而能从语义层面解决数据之间的异构性。 本文通过对基于关系数据库的本体构建,局部本体到全局本体的集成,语义本体查询到关系数据库查询转换等技术的研究,构建了一个基于本体的异构数据库查询系统。该系统提供了一个企业级的全局视角,屏蔽了各个局部数据库之间的异构性,实现了企业信息的统一查询和访问。 With the development of information technology, more and more enterprises begin tocontribute information systems to increase the operation and management efficiency.However,the databases all the information system used to store and manage information areusually heterogeneous. This heterogeneous mainly for naming conflicts, format conflicts,structural conflicts, data conflicts and semantic conflicts.Heterogeneous database within theenterprise divide data into different parts, so that the data is difficult for integrationapplication at the whole enterprise level. Many businesses or organizations begin to developdifferent solutions for the problem, but many of the solutions are just solute a particularaspect of the database heterogeneous. The development of ontology and related technologiesprovide a new direction for information integration of heterogeneous database. Ontology can make a precise definition of specific areas concept, the relationshipbetween concept, and the corresponding description,which could solute the heterogeneityat a semantic level. In this paper, I design a ontology-base global query system for heterogeneousdatabases.The key technology for the query system contain the part ontology building formrelation database, the integration of part ontology, resolution of global query and thetransformation from SPARQL to SQL. The system provides an enterprise-class globalperspective, shielding the heterogeneity between the various local database to achieve aunified query and integration of corporate information.
