摘　　要： 随着信息技术的不断发展，数字化学习，被广泛用于远程教育和企业培训，在我国的教育和培训体系中占有重要的地位。近年来，移动互联网在快速发展，特别是无线网络的发展，使随时随地学习的需求在不断地增加，移动学习发展成为了新的学习方式，移动智能终端功能变得更加的强大，非常适合做为移动学习的实现平台。 移动学习流媒体系统的应用开发仍处在起步阶段，传统的移动学习的应用模式只是简单地调用浏览器进行学习，缺乏新颖的学习资源，而且资源单一。本文基于iPad移动终端实现移动学习流媒体系统，提供新型的流媒体课件以及学习资源，丰富了用户的学习体验。 本文在分析和总结当前移动学习的研究基础上，探索移动学习的理论，为移动学习实践研究提供在理论上的指导；对当前移动学习流媒体系统的移动通信技术、iPad终端的硬件技术、iOS操作系统、移动流媒体技术等若干关键技术进行介绍；对移动学习流媒体系统设计的特点、系统设计的原则及目标展开论述；整个系统是专门针对基于iPad和无线网络环境的多媒体应用而开发的新一代流媒体学习系统；对移动学习流媒体系统主要功能进行具体设计和实现，给出了包括用户登录、系统公告、视频点播、课程论坛、教务管理等主要功能模块的结构图，并介绍了新型流媒体课件的设计方案与实现流程。新型流媒体课件采用H.264多媒体编码算法，占用带宽少，经过测试可以支持近百用户的并发点播。最后，对移动学习流媒体系统进行了总结和展望。 With the rapid development of the information technology, E-Learning has been widelyapplied to distance learning and enterprise training. It plays a very important role in the fieldof education and training. Recently, the technologies of the Internet, especially thetechnologies of wireless network are booming, which increases the need of learningwhenever and wherever possible. Therefore, Mobile learning has become a new learningmode. The smart mobile terminal with powerful functions can be a practical platform to makeit possible and reliable. The study of mobile streaming media system for Mobile Learning is still in its infancy.The traditional pattern of Mobile Learning is to learn through streaming media, which lacksabundant and renewable learning resources. The study aims at developing a mobile streamingmedia system based on the terminal of iPad, providing streaming media courseware andlearning resources, enriching the learning experiences of users. On the strength of the analyses and conclusions of the prior studies about MobileLearning, the related learning theories are explored, which provides theoretical direction forthe study; The statement of the key technologies about the Mobile Technology, the HardwareTechnology of iPad, the technologies of iOS operating system and the technologies ofmobile streaming media are given; The narration of the characteristics, the principles andaims of mobile streaming media system design are also provided and conducted accordingly;The structure charts of User Login, Bulletin Board System, Video-On-Demand, EducationalManagement System are given; The whole design project and procedures are introduced.The new streaming media courseware adopts the multimedia compression algorithm of H.264,which takes up less bandwidth. It supports about100users to use it in the same time. At last,the summery and further expectation are presented.
