摘 要: 随着中国经济的迅猛发展,全球经济一体化的加速,中国正日益成为世界的制造中心。铸造作为一个劳动密集型的行业,对于我国这样一个劳动力非常丰富的国度,具有很大的竞争优势。正是由于这样的原因,我国铸造产业的经济规模以每年递增20/%左右的速度飞速发展。2000年我国铸件的总产量已达世界第一。但是由于我国的工业基础比较薄弱,而随着新的竞争者加入,包括一些大型的外资压铸企业,这些企业拥有先进的技术与设备,能够生产最复杂的精密压铸件,在行业中处于高端位置,对我国压铸企业造成一定的威胁。 在此形势下,HS实业有限公司迫切需要结合自身内外部环境,进行公司发展战略定位,实施发展战略,使公司在众多压铸企业中脱颖而出,在激烈的市场竞争下保持市场占有率,实现可持续发展。 本文首先根据内部环境分析的基本思路,对HS实业有限公司的基本发展情况、组织架构、人力资源状况、业务结构、技术水平和财务状况进行了详细的分析。 其次,通过对公司的外部宏观环境进行分析,分析和预测宏观环境的变化使企业战略管理者可明晰未来变化对企业的影响程度和性质。 第三,对铝合金高压铸造行业环境进行了分析,并根据“五力”分析模型对该行业竞争状况进行判断,确定行业发展所处阶段情况,为下一步确定适当的战略奠定理论基础。同时,通过SWOT分析HS实业有限公司内外情况,进行公司发展战略定位,将公司竞争战略定位为战略转型,对公司现有业务结构、研发技术和企业品牌进行转型升级。 最后,为了有效落实企业总体发展战略和竞争战略,公司应从成本管理、人力资源开发与管理、客户关系管理、财务管理、企业品牌管理与文化建设几个方面对战略实施保障,包括加� With the rapid economic development in China, and the acceleration of global economicintegration, China is increasingly becoming the world's manufacturing center. China is such alabor-rich country, so casting has a great competitive advantage because it is a labor-intensiveindustry. It is precisely because of this reason, the economic scale of China's casting industryrapidly develop about20/%of the rate annually. China's total production of castings reachedfirst in the world in2000.However, due to China's industrial base is relatively weak, newcompetitors join in the casting market, including some large foreign die-casting enterprises,which have advanced technology and equipment, able to produce the most complex precisioncastings and in high level position in the industry. The new comers bring some threats toChina's casting industry. In this situation, the HS Industrial Co., Ltd. urgently need to combine with the externalenvironment and itself to make out the strategic positioning of company's development,implement the development strategies, make the company stand out in a number of castingenterprises and maintain market share in the fierce market competition, then achievesustainable development. Firstly, according to the basic ideas of internal environmental analysis, this articleanalyzes the organizational structure, human resources, business structure, technical level andfinancial status of HS Industrial Co., Ltd.. Secondly, through the analyses of external macro environment of the company, analysesand predict the changes in the macro environment can make corporate strategy managersknow the influence extent and nature of future changes in the enterprise. Thirdly, the article analyzes the aluminum alloy high pressure casting industryenvironment, and judge the state of competition in the industry in accordance with the 'fiveforces' model, determines the development stage of the industry.
