世康公司研发组织结构设计的案例分析

摘  要: 新产品研究与开发是企业在竞争中的立足之本,是一个公司能够长期发展的源泉。肩负技术创新重任的研发部门也因此在公司的组织结构中占重要位置。如何设计合适的研发组织结构对于公司的长远发展是非常重要的。跨国公司因其特殊的公司性质,其研发部门也因为跨地域、国界而表现出的人文环境不同,导致了在对研发组织结构进行设计时需要考虑的因素较多。由本论文中的案例验证了分散型研发组织结构和集中型研发组织结构两种组织结构的实际适用条件和因素,体现出组织结构是公司战略发展的基本表现形式。本论文通过对世康公司研发组织结构的两次变革,展现出研发组织结构既要能快速实现技术创新,又要能适应市场需求的变化,同时还要实现与其他部门之间协同发展的特点。 本文共分为四部分:第一部分主要介绍了论文提出的背景、论文的主要内容、研究方法以及理论基础,对研究开发、组织结构及其设计的相关理论进行了较为详细的概述。第二部分是案例部分,首先简要介绍了世康公司的基本情况,详细阐述了世康公司中国分公司在内部存在矛盾斗争,外部战略、发展环境等因素的影响下分别进行的两次研发组织结构设计。第三部分是本文的案例分析部分:首先对两次研发组织结构设计的外因和内因分析,并结合各自所借鉴的理论进行对比分析;接着分析世康公司对研发组织结构设计时的关键要素与指导原则,以及对变革效果和存在的问题进行的分析;最后是世康公司研发组织结构设计所带来的启示。第四部分结论是对本文的回顾,概况本文的研究结果、收获与不足。 Research and development of new products is the enterprise in the competition's footholdin this, is a company to be able to long-term development. Reflect theorganization structure is the basic form of corporate strategy development. The present paperthrough to the S company research and development organization structure change the twotimes, showing the R/&D organization structure should not only can quickly realize technicalinnovation, but also to adapt to changes in market demand, but also with other departmentscoordination development This paper is divided into four parts: the first part mainly introduces the paper 'sbackground, the main contents of the paper, research method and theoretical basis for research,development, organization structure and its design theory undertook relatively detailedoverview. The second part is the case part, briefly introduces the basic situation of S company,elaborated company China branch contradictions struggle, external development strategy ofenvironmental factors such as were two R/&D organization structure design. The third part isthe part of case analysis: first on the two R/&D organization structure design of internal andexternal binding to their respective reference theory were analyzed; then analyzes the Scompany on R/&D organization structure design of the key elements and principles, as wellas to change effect and problems of the analysis; finally is the company research anddevelopment of the organizational structure design enlightenment. The fourth part of thisreview concluded that the results of this study, profiles, harvest and insufficient.
