摘　　要： 随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高，旅游正在成为人类社会最重要的生活方式和社会经济活动之一。国内旅游业在30多年的时间里取得了举世瞩目的成就，旅游业兴起带来了经济的快速增长，推动了城市的全面发展和进步，它已成为21世纪最具“活力”的产业之一，做好旅游的规划和开发无疑是促进旅游业进一步发展的重要因素。 宜昌是“中国优秀旅游城市”，拥有长江三峡、三峡大坝、屈原故里、昭君故里等垄断性旅游资源，随着国内旅游业的兴起，宜昌旅游业也迅猛发展，为城市的现代化建设起到了很强的推进作用。在竞争日益激烈的旅游业，宜昌旅游如何实现更好的发展，打造精品旅游项目，成为全国优秀的旅游目的地以及如何更好的带动城市的发展成为当前需要重点研究的课题。本文通过对宜昌地区的旅游资源条件、旅游地空间结构、产品开发现状、定位及发展趋势等相关因素进行综合分析，深入探讨宜昌旅游业的整体开发，对宜昌旅游发展的前景作出判断，并提出有价值的意见和建议。 文章首先提出问题，阐述了论文研究的背景、目的和意义，综合分析了国内外旅游整体开发研究的现状、旅游整体开发的相关理论体系，探讨国内旅游的发展趋势和热点，对宜昌地区如何实施旅游的整体开发进行思考。第二分析问题，对宜昌旅游整体开发的条件，包括旅游区位、资源、市场、交通以及开发的现状等方面进行分析，提出宜昌旅游整体开发存在的问题、机遇和挑战。第三解决问题，通过国内外旅游开发典型案例的的分析，探索适合宜昌旅游整体开发的模式，从三个层面阐述了宜昌地区旅游整体开发的具体方案，提出了宜昌地区旅游整体开发的思路和原则、开发对策、实施建议和发展战略等。 With the economic development and the improvement of people's living standards in theworld, tourism is becoming one of the most important lifestyle and socio-economic activitiesof human society. The domestic tourism has made remarkable achievements in30years time,which has brought rapid economic growth, promoted the full development and advancementof the city. With becoming the most 'dynamic' industries in the21st century, how to do theplanning and development of tourism is undoubtedly the important factor in tourism furtherdevelopment. Yichang, China Excellent Tourism City ', has a monopoly of tourism resources such asthe Three Gorges, Three Gorges Dam, Qu Yuan's hometown and Zhaojun hometown. With therise of domestic tourism, tourism of Yichang has also developmented rapidly which hasplayed a strong role for in promoting the modernization of the city.In an increasinglycompetitive tourism industry, how to achieve better development, build quality tourismprojects to become a famous tourism destination and how to better promote the developmentof the city, Yichang tourism need to be focused on as the current the subject. This study tookthe comprehensive analysis of tourism resources, spatial structures, product developmentstatus, position and development trend, deeply discussed the tourism overall development ofYichang, aimed at the assessment on the vista of tourism development, to put forwardvaluable opinions and suggestions. Article expounded the background, purpose and significance, took the comprehensiveanalysis of research status at home and broad, and theoretical system on tourist overalldevelopment, discussed the development trend and hotspots, made the consideration withhow to develop the overall tourism.Then the paper analyzed the tourism condition, includingtourism location, resources, markets, traffic, and development status, pointed out the problems,opportunities and challenges on the overall tourism development in Yichang.With the analysisof typical cases at home and broad, article explored the development mode which wassuitable with Yichang., expounded the specific programs at three levels, proposed the ideasand principles, development strategies, implementation proposal and development strategieson the overall tourism development in Yichang.
