摘　　要： 在项目管理生命周期中，项目后评价已经成为其中的重要环节之一，其采用检查投资活动的过程，检查投资预期的目标达成情况，评价项目总体规划合理状况，检查期望的项目主要效益是否实现，通过分析成功的经验、失败的教训，并通过总结过程，及时反馈信息，为后续开展新的项目的决策、提高完善项目投资管理水平提出建议，也为被评项目在评价过程中发现的问题提出改进建议，从而达到提高投资效益的目的。 建设项目后评价的研究，在吸取经济及管理理论之上，采用统计、预测的方法，对项目准备、实施、运营、效益、影响做出科学的分析和判定。建设项目经济评价方法与参数分为《建设项目经济评价方法》和《建设项目经济评价参数》。项目经济评价是在对项目完成前期市场调研、厂址选择、工艺方案选择等前期可行性研究的基础上，对计划项目需要投入、产出的各种经济因素进行数据收集、比较、计算及分析论证，从几个备选方案中，选择最优的方案。目前中国国内项目后评价主要在国有政府投资的大中型建设项目中展开。 民营企业已经成为中国企业发展的中坚力量，在做固定资产投资管理、项目投资方面，受制于自身体制、人员素质、发展战略规划等因素，投资活动缺乏对投资项目的事前规划，事中管理，事后评价和对项目的真正经济效益进行全面的评价，导致投资活动没有给企业带来发展机遇，反而成了企业的包袱，甚至造成企业倒闭。建设项目后评价更是民营企业所不重视的环节，往往在完成一个项目后，没有从过去失败或者成功的案例中吸取经验或教训，从而无法为今后的发展提供借鉴。 本文结合本企业完成的一个投资项目，对其项目进行后评价，尝试用一些前人总结的科学方法，为本企� As an indispensable stage of the project management life cycle, through checking andreviewing the investment, the post project evaluation confirmed whether achieved theanticipated goal, whether the project or the plan was reasonable and effective, whetherachieved the project main benefit index. Through analysis and evaluation to find out thereason of success and failure, summarizing the experiences and lessons, also through theprompt and effective information feedback, put forward some suggestions for the futureprojects decisions to improve the investment decision-making and management level. At thesame time, it put forward the improvement suggestions for the problems occurred in theproject implementation, So as to improve the investment efficiency. The research of construction post project evaluation is based on modern economy andmanagement theory, using statistical and predicting method, to make the scientific analysisand judgment to the project decision making, implementation and operation. The constructionproject economic evaluation method and parameters are mainly composed of two parts:construction project economic evaluation method and construction project economicevaluation parameters. The project economic evaluation task is based on the completedresearch of market forecast、the site selection、technology scheme choice and so on, then tomake the investigate and research for the aiming project about the input and output of variouseconomic factors, calculation and analysis, choose the best scheme then recommended.Presently the post project evaluation is mainly spread out in the large and medium-sizedconstruction project invested by government in China. The private enterprises becomes the backbone of Chinese enterprise development, butlimited by their own system、personnel quality、development strategy and other factors, lackof the planning to the investment project, managed during the affair, evaluated after the eventand make the comprehensive evaluation to the project’s real economic benefits,
