摘　　要： 随着改革开放和城市化进程的加快,新生代农民工群体已经成为进城打工人员的主力军,新生代农民工与老一代农民工相比又表现出许多不同的特征。他们的生存状况及城市融入问题已经引起了社会各界的高度关注。解决好新生代农民工的社会融入问题,是构建社会主义和谐社会过程中的重要内容之一。从社会学的视角来看,社会工作作为一种“助人自助”的社会服务活动,对作为弱势群体的新生代农民工的社会融入具有重要的功能和作用。 本文主要立足于社会工作系统理论的视角,以社会学中的定性研究为主要方法,以文献法和个案访谈的方式,在对新生代农民工的社会融入现状进行系统的分析基础上,探讨社会工作与新生代农民工城市融入之间的关系以及社会工作在系统理论的指导下,是如何帮助和促进新生代农民工的城市融入。并在实证研究的基础上提出了相应的对策建议,促进国家和政府全面重视社会工作在新生代农民工城市融入问题中的功能和作用,从而健全和完善社会工作在该领域的服务内容。 通过国家统计局的数据和个案深入访谈的结果表明：新生代农民工在经济融入、社区融入、身份融入层面均存在很多问题,而社会工作由于自身的特点,在促进新生代农民工城市融入中发挥着不可替代的作用,并分别对城市融入的三个层面产生积极的影响。目前,新生代农民工的生存状况比较差,该群体仍处于弱势地位,而社会工作尚没有将新生代农民工作为专门服务的对象,也没有建立一个完整的促进新生代农民工城市融入的服务体系。因此,本文在实证研究的基础上提出了相应的对策建议：一是社会工作立足系统理论,通过建立系统的服务机制和内容体系,帮助新生代农民工在经济、社区、身份层面全面融入城市。二是社会工作运用赋权理论,通过提高新生代农民工的主观能动性,从主观方面促进其城市融入。三是社会工作优化生态系统,通过帮助新生代农民工构建有利的社会环境,从客观方面促进其城市融入。 With the acceleration of the reform, opening up, and urbanization, the group of new-generation migrant workers has become the main force of the Migrant workers. Comparing to migrant workers of the older generation, the new-generation migrant workers shows many different characteristics. Issues about their living conditions and urban integration have drawn great attention of the community. Solving the issues of the new-generation migrant workers' social integration is one of the important contents in the process of building a socialist harmonious society. From the perspective of sociology, social work, as one kind of "help people to help themselves" social service activities, is a vital function and role to the social integration of new-generation migrant workers, who are treated as a disadvantaged group. This article is mainly based on the perspective of social work system theory. We will use methods of mainly qualitative research in sociology, and ways of document analysis and case interview. Then we will analyze current situation of social integration among new-generation migrant workers systematically. And based on that, we will discuss the relationship between social work and new-generation migrant workers'social integration, and, while under the guidance of systematical theory, how social work is helping and advancing the social integration of new-generation migrant workers. And we will offer corresponding suggestions and countermeasures based on empirical research to advance country and government to attach complete importance to the functions, specifically in the issue of new-generation migrant workers' social integration, of institutions of social work. Thereby we can amplify and improve service content of social work in this area. According to the figures of the National Bureau of Statistics and the results of in-depth individual interviews, the following conclusion can be drawn. There are lots of issues on every perspective levels of economic integration, community integration, and identity integration. Because of its own characteristics, social work plays an irreplaceable role in advancing social integration of new-generation migrant workers, and it has a positive impact on those three levels of social integration. Currently, the living condition of new-generation migrant workers is fairly poor, this group is still underprivileged. However, social work has neither treated new-generation migrant workers as subjects to be served with specialized skills, nor established a complete service system to advance social integration of new-generation migrant workers. Therefore, based on empirical researches, this article puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures. Firstly, social work should be based on systematical theory, and help new-generation migrant workers completely blend into city on the economic, community, and identity levels. Secondly, social work should use empowerment theory, through improving subjective initiative activeness of new-generation migrant workers, to advance them blend into city subjectively. Thirdly, social work should optimize ecological environment, through building a congenial societal environment for new-generation migrant workers, to advance them blend into city objectively.
