摘　　要： 随着移动通信覆盖面的日益扩大和普及,移动通信基站也遍及全国各地。设备的日益增多、功能的日趋复杂使得各大运营商对基站的管理提出了新的要求。因此,采用一种数字化、精细化的基站运维综合管理系统以确保运维过程的流程化、自动化和信息化,快速传递并反馈监控信息,实现快速故障定位、业务处理和恢复,有着其极为重要的现实意义。 论文设计了通信基站运维综合管理系统,系统由终端和应用管理服务器两部分组成。终端安装于基站内部,完成各种原始数据的采集、处理、保存和发送,同时响应远程应用服务器下达的各种控制命令;应用管理服务器完成数据的保存、查询、统计、分析、管理及相关控制功能。通过分析和比较适用于基站监控的通信方式,选择GPRS通信技术实现终端和应用管理服务器之间数据与信息的传输。 论文主要完成了终端的设计与实现。终端采用模块化的架构,设计了中央控制模块和动力环境监控模块两个部分。中央控制模块作为整个终端的核心控制模块,主要完成基站运维综合管理终端内部所有数据的汇聚、发送以及其他的控制功能,并能通过外接的图像采集单元实现基站室内、室外的全天候图像监控;动力环境监控系统通过对基站的多种设备和环境的各种参数的采集实现对基站设备的集中监控、集中管理和集中维护。 对终端的中央控制模块和动力环境监控模块进行调试和测试后,将这两个模块组合成整机并安装到基站进行试运行,现场运行验证了终端达到了设计要求,满足应用要求。 With the development of mobile communication, mobile communication base stations are all over the world. As equipments with complicated function are increasing, the new requirements for the management of the base station are proposed by major operators. In order to ensure the operation and maintenance process flow, automation and informationization, fast delivery and feedback control information to achieve fast fault location, business processing and recovery, using a digital and intensification of base station operation and maintenance comprehensive management system makes an extremely important realistic significance. This paper designs the communication base station operation and maintenance comprehensive management system. The system contains two parts which are terminal and application management server. Terminal is installed inside base station to do some work such as collection, processing, preservation and sending all kinds of original datas, also execute control commands from remote application server. While application management server does some work such as preservation, inquiry, statistics, analysis, management and related control function. After analyzing and comparing some ways of the base station communication monitoring, this paper selects GPRS communication technology to achieve the data and information transmission between terminal and application management server. In this paper, the design and implementation of terminal is completed. Terminal using modular framework contains two parts which are the central control module and dynamic environment monitoring module. The central control module as the core control module of terminal is mainly to gather, send all the datas inside the operation and maintenance comprehensive management of terminal station ,realize the function of image monitoring that is round-the-clock , indoor and outdoor base station through the external image acquisition unit and other control functions.
