复合绝缘子人工污秽试验研究

摘  要: 污秽闪络在复合绝缘子闪络总数中位居第二,国内外对污闪进行了大量研究试验,包括人工污秽试验,但始终没有取得很好的效果。近年来紫外成像技术在电力设备检测中越来越普及,受到认可。本课题就是将二者有机地联系起来,开发出基于紫外成像的复合绝缘子人工污秽试验装置,在此基础上,进行基于紫外成像技术的人工污秽试验,并分析污秽闪络的影响因素。 首先,根据绝缘强度及紫外透过率的要求选择污秽实验装置箱体材料,通过有限元分析复合绝缘子耐压试验的电场分布,进行人工污秽实验装置的尺寸设计。将模拟、测控试验条件的紫外成像、温湿度测控、蒸汽喷雾及泄漏电流检测等系统引入,建立基于紫外成像的人工污秽实验装置,以模拟实际运行的复合绝缘子的污秽闪络。 为了研究影响复合绝缘子污闪的因素,运用人工污秽实验装置进行了10kV复合绝缘子的人工污秽试验,分别进行了不同温度、不同相对湿度、不同盐密灰密、污秽不均匀分布及电腐蚀复合绝缘子的人工污秽试验。除了传统的观察记录外,创新采用紫外成像进行结果的观察和记录,更加直观和精确地研究污闪的发生及发展,引入紫外光子数作为污秽闪络的新型参数,从而达到创新研究复合绝缘子的污秽闪络。 通过基于紫外成像的人工污秽试验,将湿度、温度、盐密等参数与紫外光子数及闪络电压建立了对应关系,分析影响因素的影响方式,为电力设备预防性检测积累了数据和经验。 Contamination flashover is in the second-highest total of composite insulators' flashover. Home and abroad, extensive flashover test research is carried out, including artificial contamination tests, but no good results are achieved. In recent years, UV imaging technology is more popular and recognized in the power equipment detection. This paper organically linked artificial contamination tests and UV imaging technology together, and developed artificial contamination test equipment of composite insulators, which is based on UV imaging. On this basis, we carried on artificial contamination test based on UV imaging technology and analyzed influenced factors of contamination flashover. First, according to the requirements of insulation strength and UV transmittance, we selected box material of artificial contamination test equipment. With finite element analysis on electric field distribution of composite insulator, we designed the size of artificial contamination test equipment. Then we brought in UV imaging system, humiture charge system, sprinkler system and leakage current test system, and built artificial contamination test equipment based on UV imaging to simulate contamination flashover of composite insulators. In order to study the influenced factors of composite insulators’contamination flashover, we carried on artificial contamination tests of 10kV composite insulators with artificial contamination test equipment, including tests of different temperature, different humiture and different contamination and distribution. Besides traditional records, UV imaging of artificial contamination tests was brought into tests, and was more intuitively studying the occurrence of flashover development. We also used the number of ultraviolet photons as the introduction of contamination flashover of new parameters, so that made new progress in research of insulators’contamination flashover.
