摘　　要： 随着国内企业的发展壮大,销售规模及销售额呈膨胀性增长,新产品开发到可在市场上销售。一方面不能及时收回应收账款,另一方面源源不断支出,日见紧张的资金链烤量着每一家企业。资金周转艰难逐渐成为每一个企业发展过程中不可能回避的难题。贸易融资作为重要的融资渠道之一,受到越来越多的企业青睐。本文通过对RL/(中国/)精密紧固件系统有限公司/(以下简称为“RL公司”/)贸易融资方案的设计与实施,研究贸易融资各品种组合方案,达到融资效用最大化、融资成本最低的目的。 首先,通过了解公司当前的运作情况及所处的内外部环境,分析其财务状况和资金来源,介绍当前融资渠道,并指出当前融资渠道存在的问题,为公司的良性发展寻找新的融资方式---开展贸易融资。 其次,对RL公司开展贸易融资,分析了其必要性及理由,根据公司未来5-8年的发展规划,估算了通过新的融资渠道需要的融资量,并做方案设计,制定了实施步骤,分析了相关驱动因素。 最后,通过RL公司在整个贸易融资渠道的设计中所遇到的问题得到一些启示,贸易融资方式在企业成长中弥补了资金不足的问题,为企业成长性提供了融资渠道,并在企业的资金循环过程中,弥补流动资金的不足,促使企业健康与良性发展。 With the development of domestic enterprises and growth, sales volume and sales growth was the expansion, new product development to be on the market. Each cash flow has become a difficult process of enterprise development can not avoid the problem. Trade finance as an important channel of financing, to finance through this channel, favored by more and more enterprises. In this paper, RL/(China/) Precision Fastening Systems Co., Ltd. /(hereinafter referred to as 'RL'/) of trade financing program design and implementation, focused on trade financing program of the varieties used in combination to achieve maximum effectiveness and financing of the purpose of financing the lowest cost. First, the actual analysis of the company's current operations and external environment within which the current situation, analysis of the current company's financial condition, capital financing sources and the current introduction, the current financing problems, etc., to the sound development of the company must --- looking for new financing to carry out trade finance trade financing. Secondly, the RL company to trade financing, analysis of its necessity and reasons, according to the company the next 5-8 years development plan, estimated by the new financing channels for the amount of financing required, and do design, the development of the implementation steps, analysis of the relevant drivers. Finally, by RL in the design of the entire trade financing issues have been encountered in some inspiration, business growth in trade financing to make up the funding shortfall for the business growth provides financing and business capital cycle process, to make up for lack of liquidity, promote health and healthy development of enterprises.
