摘　　要： 汉语教师资源配备不足是现在海外汉语国际推广事业所遇到的一个普遍问题，相应产生的结果就是一个汉语教师可能要负责一所甚至多所学校的汉语教学任务。笔者任教的学校为一所完全中学，因为是唯一的一名中文老师，所以笔者负责所有的中文教学任务，教授对象包括初中生、高中生以及老师，都为零起点的西班牙人。这所学校里的汉语课是兴趣课，不存在分课型教学，笔者通过研究决定，以《快乐汉语》教学软件为主，教材为辅进行教学。在教学过程中笔者很快发现，不同年级年龄段的学习者学习习惯相差很大。于是，笔者将教授对象分为三个年龄段，通过问答、调查等方法得出初步的教学计划，然后通过实践总结出案例，从而得出经验教训。最后，分析得出不同年级教学特点，希望能为以后的志愿者提供一些教学借鉴。关于西班牙中学教学的论文不多，笔者认为有必要将自己的教学经验拿出来分享。 Chinese teacher resources deficiency is now a widespread problem that overseas promotion of Chinese language has encountered, which lead to the corresponding result that a Chinese teacher will be in charge of the whole school Chinese teaching task. The author taught in a full secondary school, because I am the only Chinese teacher, so the author is responsible for all Chinese teaching task, teaching objects including junior high school students, senior high school students and teachers. Chinese is a optional course, there is no different class type, teaching material is the Spanish version of happy chinese. the learners are zero starting point. In the process of teaching.the author soon discovered the different ages learner’s learning habits vary greatly. So, how to use Happy Chinese software to teach chinese to different ages learners has become a big problem. The object is divided into three ages groups, through interviews, surveys and other methods I got primary teaching plan, and then through the practice I summarized the case, which obtains the experience lesson. Finally,I analied of the different grade teaching of common points and different points, for the later volunteers to provide some teaching aid. The Spanish secondary school teaching papers is not common, the author thinks it is necessary to discuss their own teaching experience.
