摘 要: 与常规钻井相比,深井对钻井液要求要更高,尤其是钻井液的抗高温性能,它是深井钻井液最基本和最重要的性能。因此,钻井液的抗温性及其在高温下的滤失性、流变性是深井钻井液工艺技术的难点。随着井深的不断增加地层压力也在不断增大,伴随着高地层压力,钻井液必须有很高的密度,但是高的密度又会造成钻井液中固相含量过高。在这种情况下,发生压差卡钻及井喷、井漏等井下复杂情况的可能性就会大大增加,要想使钻井液保持较低的滤失量和良好的流变性就会更加困难。 本文针对玉门油田酒泉盆地深井开展高温高密度钻井液课题的研究。K1X地层和K1C地层粘土矿物含量高,但大多数岩石属于弱膨胀弱分散型岩石,加强钻井液的封堵能力和提高抑制性是防塌的有效手段;粘土含量的高低是影响钻井液粘度、切力和滤失量的关键因素,对高温高密度钻井液应注意合理控制粘土的含量;通过大量实验优选出抗高温的钻井液处理剂,研究了抗高温处理剂对钻井液性能的影响规律,通过正交试验初步确定各种处理剂复配的加量,研制出了一套密度达2.4g//cm~3,抗温性能达180℃抗高温高密度钻井液配方:水+2/%膨润土+0.2/%Na/_2CO/_3+5/%SMP-2+4.5/%防塌封堵剂FF+4/%SPNH+0.5/%DSP-2+1/%AP-1+重晶石。优选配方流变性良好、API滤失量和高温高压滤失量较小,有很好的沉降稳定性;具有良好的抗盐膏污染、抗膨润土污染和防塌性能;岩心的渗透率恢复率较高,具有良好的保护油气层作用;配制工艺简单,易维护。 Compared to conventional drilling, there are higher requirements for deep well drillingfluid, especially the resistance to high temperatures, which is the most important and basicperformance for deep well drilling fluid. Therefore, the temperature resistance as well as thefiltration and flow variability under high temperature are difficult to control for deep andultra-deep drilling technologies. With the increase of depth and the formation pressure,drilling fluid must have a high density to balance the high formation pressure,but it will resultin a high level of solid phase. In this case, the differential pressure sticking, lost circulation,blowouts and other complex underground accidents will be much more likely to happen.Therefore,the maintainance of the good rheology and low fluid loss of the drillingfluid willbe more difficult. This paper carried out a research on high temperature and high density drilling fluid fordeep wells in Jiuquan Basin, Yumen Oilfield. The content of clay mineral in formation K1Xand K1C is high , but most of the rocks are weakly dispersed and expansive. Therefore,tostrengthen the sealing capacity and improve the inhibition of drilling fluid is an effective wayto prevent collision. The content of clay is the key to controlling the fluid viscosity and shearforce of drilling fluid, and attention must be paid to it for high temperature and high densitydrilling fluid. The formulation of treating chemical for high temperature drilling fluid wasoptimized by experiments and the law how the treating chemical affect the performance ofdrilling fluid was studied.The amount of the treating chemical compound was initiallyidentified by orthogonal tests, and finally the formulation of the high temperature highdensity drilling fluid with a set of density 2.4g//cm~3 and anti-temperature performance up to180℃high temperature was developed.The formulation is: water +2/% swelling Soil+0.2/%Na/_2CO/_3+5/%SMP-2 +4.5/% anti-blocking agent collapse FF+4/%SPNH+0.5/% DSP-2+5/%liquid fluid loss additive+1/% AP-1 + barite. The rheological performance of drilling fluidis good,and the filtration in junior and senior pressure was small. At the same time, it has a good sedimentation stability and properties to resist the pollution of salt paste and soil ,andthe anti-collapse properties are good.The core recovery rate of penetration is high, whichindicates the good reservoir protection properties. The preparation process is simple and theproperties are easy to maintain.
