电力通信综合资源管理系统设计

摘  要: 本文研究了石家庄电力通信资源管理系统的设计和功能实现方法,课题的总体目标是建立统一的、图形化和智能化的综合资源管理系统,实现对通信资源的有效管理和利用。首先对国内外通信资源管理的理论和应用进行了分析,并结合石家庄电力通信资源管理存在的问题,研究并形成了系统需求分析。采用面向对象的编程技术和软件工程管理方法,结合GIS的应用,利用Web GIS技术的南瑞公司ECM—INMS电力通信综合网管系统开发平台进行了系统开发。系统功能分为数据采集层、网络控制层、平台层和管理应用层等四层结构。设计规划了四大应用模块:实时监控、资源管理、专业管理、运行管理,实现在统一的界面下对多厂商设备运行状态的集中监视,面向通信网络、设备、业务等各类通信资源的规范化管理。同时,针对系统数据的采集录入方法和规范通信资源命名等标准,提出了一整套解决方案。基础数据采集工作从空间资源、物理资源、逻辑资源、业务资源及其他资源等五个角度,分为准备、测量和绘制机房平面图、进行设备相关信息采集、实物拍照等四个步骤。资源命名目前主要涵盖了传输网以及上层的电路、业务等资源。结合网络现状和不同资源类型的专业性、独立性、关联性,编写了《石家庄供电公司电力通信网络资源命名规范》,为通信资源管理系统的建立奠定了基础。 This paper studies the design and function of Shijiazhuang electric power communication resource management systems and its realization. The subject of the overall objective is to establish uniform and intellectualized comprehensive resource management system, and to realize the effective management of communication resources. The paper introduces the theory and application of communication resources management in domestic and foreign academic journals combined with existing problems of electric power communication resources management in Shijiazhuang. The system requirement analysis was researched and made. The system was researched based on ECM-INMS platform of Nanrui Company using object-oriented programming technology and software engineering management method combined with Web GIS. The system is divided into data acquisition layer, network control layer, the platform layer and management layer. The four application modules were designed: real-time monitoring, resource management, professional management and operation management. The standard management to face the business and other kinds of communication resources was realized under the unified interface with centralized monitoring multivendor equipment. At the same time, aiming at the standards of data collection system input methods and naming norms, the communications resources were propsed. The basic data input from space, physical, logic, business and other were divided into preparation, measurement and equipment room drawing. The information related equipment, photo and anothers was collected by four steps. Resources naming include the circuit of transmission line, business.“The Naming Specification of Shijiazhuang Electric Power Communication Network Resources”was wrttiten combined with different professional, independence, relevance. A foundation for the communication resources management system establishment is made.
