摘　　要： 随着中国经济持续快速发展,环境问题日益突出,如何实现环境和经济的可持续发展成为我们广泛关注的问题。企业环境管理作为企业改善环境状态、保护环境的重要手段正逐步被企业家、政府部门以及其他利益团体所重视。此次研究主要关注的是企业实施环境管理的动因分析,以及环境管理与企业绩效之间的相关性研究,这对于促进企业积极、主动推进环境管理的实施具有理论和实际意义。 本研究以国内制造业为研究对象,研究规制因素、市场因素以及企业资源和能力对企业实施环境管理的影响,并验证环境管理、环境绩效和经济绩效三者之间相互促进的关系。对这些数据进行统计分析,得到如下结论:1.规制因素对企业实施环境管理的影响不显著;2.市场因素、企业能力、企业资源正向影响企业环境管理实践活动;3.企业实施环境管理能够提高企业环境绩效;4.企业环境绩效与企业经济绩效负相关。 With the rapid development of economy, the problem of environment is more and more serious. What we concerned is that how to realize the sustainable development between environment and economy. Serving as the stage of corporate enhancing environment, corporate environment management was gradually appreciated by enterpriser、government as well as the related interested group. This research focused on driver analysis of corporate conducting environment management and correlation study of corporate environment management and economic performance. Besides, this method shows practically significant in prompting the conduction of environment management. The object of study in this essay is domestic manufacturing enterprises, the study of institution factor、market factor and the affection between enterprises resources and the capability conducting management. The purpose is to verify the relationship among environment management、environment performance as well as economy performance. By date analysis, some important results in conclusion are as follows: 1.Institution factor has no effect on corporate environment management; 2.Market factor, corporate resource and corporate capability have significance effect on corporate environment management; 3. Corporate environment management improves environment performance; 4.Environment performance has negative effect on economic performance.
