摘　　要： 随着我国在政治、经济、体育等方面的国际地位逐年提高,城市功能不断完善,越来越多的国际性大型活动选择在中国的大城市举行,如上海APEC会议、北京中非论坛、北京奥运会、上海世博会、广州亚运会等。虽然这些大型活动的举办能够提升城市的影响力、促进区域经济社会发展、丰富市民的生活,但是,活动举办期间所引发的短时期内的集中出行和采取的道路交通管制措施往往给原本就十分紧张的城市交通系统带来了巨大的压力,同时又产生静态交通等问题。大型活动期间的道路交通安全保障是活动举办成功与否的关键。 本文共分五章,第一章分析了研究大型活动交通安全保障工作的意义,和国内外研究该项目的现状,并提出了研究目标;第二章通过分析大型活动的特征,大型活动的交通需求特点,大型活动的交通影响,大型活动的交通需求预测,大型活动的交通组织规划等方面研究了大型活动及其交通特征;第三章分析了大型活动道路交通安全保障的特点和当前工作存在的问题,并提出了安保工作发展展望;第四章总结国内外大型活动的成功经验,并从中总结得出大型活动交通安全保障的工作措施;第五章结合日常工作进行“广府庙会”巡游活动交通保障研究。 With the gradual increasing of the international status of our country in political, economic, sports and other aspects, and the constant improvement of the urban function, more and more international large-scale activities are held in big cities of China, such as APEC meeting in Shanghai, China-Africa BBS of Beijing , Beijing Olympic Games, Shanghai world expo, Guangzhou Asian games, etc. While these large-scale activities can enhance the influence of the city, promote the development of regional economic and enrich people's life, the concentrated travel in short period and the measures taken to control road traffic caused by the activities add more pressure to the already very strained urban transport system. What’s more, it generates the static traffic and other issues. Road traffic safety during the large-scale activities is the key to hold the activity successfully. This paper is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter, it analyzed the significance of the research on large-scale activity's traffic safety work and the current research domestically and internationally, and proposed research objectives .In the second chapter, it researched large-scale activity and its traffic characteristics through the analysis of the characteristics, traffic demand characteristics, traffic influence, traffic demand forecasting, traffic organization planning. In the third chapter, it analyzed the characteristics of road traffic safety problems and the current work and proposed the development prospect of security work. In the fourth chapter, it summarized the successful experience of domestic and foreign large-scale activities, and got the traffic safety work measures. In the fifth chapter, combing with daily work, it researched the traffic safety of the 'GuangFu temple'.
