摘　　要： 改革开放以来,我国经济结构转变速度不断加快。广东做为沿海甚至全国经济比较发达的省份,其产业结构转换升级的方式和途径在全国具有一定的代表性。本文充分利用第二次全国经济普查形成的丰富数据资源,科学系统分析总结近年来广东经济发展及结构演变的过程、特点、动因及趋势,深入剖析未来几年广东经济发展面临的机遇与挑战,科学前瞻未来几年广东经济发展和结构调整的前景,在充分借鉴国内典型地区经济发展的宝贵经验的基础上,提出进一步促进广东科学发展、继续保持排头兵地位的对策建议。 通过研究表明：经过三十多年的产业结构调整和升级,广东省产业结构升级速度较快,第二产业的主导地位不断得到加强,产业结构呈现出“三二一”的合理布局,第一产业和第三产业的产值结构和就业结构也开始按照产业结构升级的规律演进。但是这样的产业结构还完全低于发达国家的衡量水平,虽然支柱产业发展迅猛,但还要加强服务业的发展及拉动效应。 Since the reform and opening up of our country, economy structure changes quickly. As one of the relatively developed provinces along the coast even as the country, Guangdong's industrial structure is representative in the way of upgrade and transformation. This paper make full use of the rich data resources of second national economic census, analyze and summarize scientificly of Guangdong's economic development in recent years and the process, characteristics, motivation and the trend of its structure evolution. This paper explores the opportunities and challenges when Guangdong may face in its development in the next few years, looking forward to Guangdong economic development and structural adjustment sciencely in future years. Based on fully absorb the valuable experience of economic development in domestic typical region, and proposed the suggestions to further promote the Guangdong's economic development scientificly. Through the research shows that:After thirty years of industrial structure adjustment and upgrading of Guangdong province, the pace of the Guangdong Province's industrial structure upgrading is fast. The dominant position of secondary industry is constantly strengthened, and the industrial structure is presenting a reasonable layout of '3-2-1'.Meanwhile, the tertiary industry of the First industry and Third industry is according to the law of industrial structure upgrading. But such industrial structure still completely below the level of developed countries. Although the pillar industry developing rapidly, the development of the services sector needs to be strength and some more attention to its pull effect.
