摘　　要： “话语权”简言之,就是说话的权力,即控制舆论的权力。话语权掌握在谁手里,便决定了社会舆论的走向。“话语权”的下放,为社会的成熟和发展起到了一定的监督和推动作用。语文教学亦是如此,单纯的填鸭式教学,单方面的“口耳相传”,枯燥的说教,这些方式也早就随着时代的变革在悄然转变。现今,唯有趁着高中新课改的春风,转换思想,推动学生在阅读,尤其是诗歌阅读上的独特体验和感悟,大胆尝试“话语权”下放,方能迎来语文教学新的春天。要做到这点,需以《高中新课程改革标准》为标杆,仔细研读、深入体悟,在正视诗歌阅读教学的重要性的前提下,全面深入地把握诗歌阅读教学的现状,思考现今出现的误区,积极探索改革方法。而要真正实现语文阅读教学课堂中的“话语权”下放,语文教师本身先需加强阅读与独特的体悟,树立终身学习的理念,充分认识强化自身阅读的必要；以崭新的视角审视新课程,充分意识到新课程对自身阅读的全新要求；迎接信息社会对语文教师自身阅读的挑战；营造良好的心态,排除外界的干扰,切实减轻教师杂务,还教师自身阅读的时间。在实施新科改的过程中,亦必须让阅读落到实处：在课堂上,要注重阅读,还学生以阅读时间,并及时进行阅读方法的指导,提高学生的阅读效率；在作业中,要落实《名著导读》中的阅读任务,并加以检查督促,让课外阅读不流于形式；在平常的测试中,要体现对阅读内容的检测,要注重对阅读能力的考查；并积极挖掘校本资源,充实阅读素材。对待诗歌阅读,需大胆采用各种方式方法提高学生阅读感悟力,首先应强调思想素养教育,以积极的人生观、理想、信念和爱的教育,引导学生的品德修养和审美情趣,其次需激活文字,创设形象,并带领学生架设桥梁,领略内涵,从而方能放飞思绪,彰显个� 'Speaking right' is short for the right ot speaking. That is the right of controlling speaking. Who control the speaking right decides the direction of the public opinions. The right of speaking is lowered, which has contributed to the motivation and push of the maturity and development of our society. This is the true with chinese teaching. The simple cramming method of teaching, unilateral teaching with the things handed down, boring sermon will be changed gradually silently with the social transformation. Only with the tide ofcurriculum reform in chinese teaching,we should change our mind boldly, push the students to experience and understand specially, and try to lower the speaking right to welcome to the spring of the chinese teaching. To achieve this, we should take the new high school curriculum standards as the post to study it carefully and understand it deeply. Based on envisaging the reading teaching, especially the reading teaching of the poem, we should master the reading teaching comprehensively and deeply, especially the current reading teaching of the poem and think about the appearing wimax. However, to make the speaking right lowered, the teachers of chinese teaching should reinforce the understanding in reading, hold the idea of lifelong learningb and get a thourgh understanding that the reading is necessary. For themselves Chinese teachers should hold a new vision for the chinese reading, be aware of the new requirement for themselves from the new curriculum to meet the challenge from the information society, to form a good mood, to eliminate the disturb outside, to remove the chore of teachers and to leave the freee time for the teachers to read. During the reform of the curriculum, we should put the reading into the reality. In classes, we should emphasis th reading, leave the stdents more time for reading, guide students in reading in time and improve the efficiency of reading.
