摘　　要： 随着商业银行信息化水平的不断提高,以自助设备为载体的自助银行已成为服务客户、分流柜台业务、拓展中间业务的重要手段。如何进行科学合理的自助设备资源配置,以及如何运营管理好自助银行设备,已成为当前一个值得研究的重要课题。科学合理的设备资源配置,良好的自助设备运行状态,对自助交易逐步取代银行网点交易,使之成为现代商业银行为客户服务的主要方式有着重要的现实意义。 本文以Y银行自助设备改造项目设备资源配置的优化作为研究对象,首先介绍了论文研究的背景和意义,以及国内外在该领域的研究成果。其次,通过对Y银行自助设备资源配置的现状进行了分析,指出Y银行在自助设备资源配置中存在的自助设备资源配置不匹配、自助设备组合不当、自助设备资源管理手段落后等问题。然后,针对存在的主要问题,结合Y银行自助设备改造项目的具体情况,运用层次分析法/(AHP/)、整数规划法/(IP/)进行研究分析,得到Y银行自助设备改造项目中有关自助银行布局优化、自助设备组合优化、自助设备资源管理优化以及自助银行内部功能布局和设计优化方案。最后,通过Y银行自助设备资源配置优化方案的实施,使Y银行的自助设备资源得到充分利用,提高客户的满意度,从而吸引更多的客户使用Y银行的自助设备。 本文主要采用了定性和定量、理论和实例相结合的研究方法,并结合Y银行自助设备改造项目进行实例分析,提出Y银行自助设备改造项目设备资源配置的优化方案,为商业银行进行自助设备资源配置优化提供参考。 With the improvement of the level of commercial banks of information, a bank for vehicles to self-service facilities has become the most important means to service customers, tap the business and expand the business. How to make the resource allocation of self-device equipments scientific and reasonable, and how to operate and manage the bank well have become one of the worth studying topic. The scientific and reasonable resource allocation of self-device equipments and the good running condition of equipment, the self -transactions gradually replace the transactions in the bank locations, it is important actual significance to make them become major way of the commercial bank serving for the customer. Study object of the paper is the optimization for equipments resource allocation of reform project of the Y bank self-device equipments. Firstly it introduced the research background and significant of the paper, and research results in the domestic and abroad field, Secondly, according to analysis the condition of resource allocation of Y bank self-device equipments, point out some problems about resource allocation of Y bank’s equipments, such as resource allocation of Y bank equipments mismatch business development, combination of self-device equipments are improper , the management means of self-device equipment are backward etc. And then against existing main problem, contacting with the specific condition of reform project of the Y bank self-device equipments., applying the theory such as AHP, integer programming to research and analysis , get the solution to the Y bank self-service about the optimization of self-device banks layout, the optimization of self-device equipments’combination, the optimization of self-device equipments’resource management, and the optimization of function layout and design in the self-device bank. Last, according to implement the scheme of the optimization of resource allocation of Y bank self-device equipments, Y bank self-device equipments are made full use. Customer satisfaction are improved, more customers are attracted to use Y bank self-device equipments. The paper mainly adopt research method such as combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, combination of theory and practical, instance analysis of reform project of the Y bank’s self-device equipments, propose the scheme of optimization for equipments resource allocation of reform project of the Y bank self-device equipments. And provide reference for resource allocation of the commercial bank self-device equipments.
