摘　　要： 21世纪是知识的时代,是信息化高速发展的时代。世界全面进入信息化时代的同时,各行各业都发生了巨大的变化。高等教育的不断改革和教育管理现代化的不断推进,基于网络、计算机平台的教务管理系统迅速发展起来。它以现代信息技术为核心,充分考虑各种外界因素,组织、配置各种教学资源,使教务工作规范化、信息化、程序化。 教务管理工作是整个高校运作的核心工作。随着高等教育的不断扩大,学生人数和教职工人数的增多,势必有一个完善的教务管理信息系统。教务管理系统水平的高低,不仅反应了数字化校园水平程度,而且直接体现出高校管理工作水平的高低。仲恺学院是一所多科性省属本科大学,随着学校的不断壮大,拟扩建新的校区,在两个校区同时运用教务管理系统的情况下,现有教务管理工作存在的不足之出更加明显和突出。 本文基于信息化理论与实践研究,结合业务流程重组/(BPR/)理论,运用德尔菲法和模糊综合评价模型对仲恺学院教务管理现状进行了分析。针对农业院校的办学特点,及学院现有的办学条件、师资、学生规模及其教务网络管理系统的运用,通过对该校的教务网络管理系统、教务管理业务流程及满意度的问卷调查,对信息化降低管理成本及其提高教务管理效率进行了研究。 本文通过对信息化的教务工作与传统教务工作进行比较,结合流程重组的理论方法,优化设计了教务管理工作流程,得出信息化可以减少工作量和工作失误率,加强利用网络技术可以提高教学管理水平,从而使现有的教务管理系统能更上一层楼。 Twenty-first century is an age of knowledge, an age of rapid development in hi-tech. The whole world has entered into an age of information all-sided with great changes in various walks of life. With in-depth procession in high education reform and modernization of administration, a teaching administrative system based on the Internet has boomed. All external factors considered and centered around latest technology, it comes to optimize all teaching resources to a more efficient and systematic phase. Teaching administration is the kernel of a university. With the expanding recruitment, the number of faculty has been increasing, which calls for a perfected teaching administration system. It can not only reflect campus culture, but also represent the level of a university. Zhong kai University of Agriculture and Engineering has always renowned for its accomplishments in agriculture and engineering including diverse subjects such as economics, humanities and science. A new branch campus to be built soon, the present administration system cannot keep pace with the step obviously. This study, Based on information theory and practice research, combining business process reengineering /(BPR/) theory, applies Delphi and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation,to analysis and research on the present system. In terms of its conditions, faculties and other resources, our study shall aim to reduce the cost of administration and enhance the efficiency through questionnaires and step-by-step analysis. Compared with the traditional administration system, the information-based system can optimize the procedures, decrease labor work and increase the precision, thus to improve the administrative level and upgrade the present administration system.
