摘　　要： 广东省广新外贸集团推动战略转型的一个重要举措是在2005年5月将集团所属一级企业在香港、澳门等境外地区的52家企业整合起来,在香港组建成立“广新控股有限公司”,作为集团推动战略转型的“投融资平台、资本运作平台、走出去平台”。 广新控股有限公司成立后,在推动组织和业务的整合、推动主业打造等方面做了大量工作,并逐步确立了海上加油及油品服务主业。然而,面对国际化企业的快速发展和油品及油品服务同行业企业的激烈竞争,广新控股有限公司的发展战略体系还不够完善,在推动跨越式发展上还需要进一步努力。因此,本研究的目的是希望通过对广新控股有限公司及其母公司的发展历史分析,结合外部环境的研究,一方面进一步明确公司未来发展的方向,制定今后3-5年的战略发展规划;另一方面就如何推动实施战略发展规划给出可操作性的实施方案和相关的保障措施。 本研究基于笔者在广新控股有限公司推动转型发展的实践与经历,采用案例分析、理论分析的方法,对广新控股有限公司及其母公司的发展历史和所面临的外部环境进行了深入的分析和研究,对其今后3-5年的发展战略进行了制定和规划,并对其战略规划的实施给出了具体操作方案。研究结果表明:/(1/)广新控股有限公司的发展历史决定了其拥有的资源还不充足、能力还不够强,在未来发展中面临的困惑和挑战还不少;而从其面临的战略态势来看,机遇明显大于威胁和挑战;/(2/)广新控股有限公司的发展规划需要大思维、大视野,以“我们供应能源”为宗旨,公司的未来应该是一家综合性能源供应企业;/(3/)广新控股有限公司发展战略的实施需要突破投资平台这一关键点,应该围绕发展战略规划分阶段、有重点地实施。 本研究有助于广新控股有限公司明确未来发展方向,对于实践中的具体操作具有一定的指导作用,对同类企业的发展和中资驻港企业的发展也具有一定的参考价值。 One of the important measures of Guangdong Foreign Trade Group Co. Ltd’s/(GFTG’s/) transition is the integration of 52 enterprises in HongKong and abroad which were belonged to GFTG’s subsidiaries in May 2005, and the establishment of Goldsland Holdings Company Ltd. in HongKong which is regarded as the platform of investment and financing, capital operation and developing abroad. Goldsland Holdings Company Ltd.did abundant works on the integration of organization and the establishment of main business which is bunker supplier and oil service at the prophase. However, facing the furious competition in the oil service industry Goldsland Holdings Company Ltd.requires more efforts if it wants to develop more rapidly. So the purpose of this study is to formulate the 3-5 years development stategy and to provide the implementation plan of this stategy after the internal and external environment analysis. Based on the author’s practice and experience in the development of Goldsland Holdings Company Ltd., this study analyzes the history and the internal and external environment of Goldsland Holdings Company Ltd.,and formulates the 3-5 years development strategy and also provides the implementation plan through case study and theory analysis. The results are as follows: /(1/) Goldsland Holdings Company Ltd.will still face more puzzle dom and challenges because of its history and more opportunities than threats; /(2/) the programming of Goldsland’s development strategy needs great thinking and broad view, and its mission should be that we provide energy, and the company should be an all-around energy enterprise; /(3/) Goldsland’s future development requires an investment platform and the implementation of development strategy should be step by step. This study helps to clear the direction of Goldsland’s future development and provides the guidance about how to implement in practice. This study also has some references to the development of the same kind enterprises and the chinese-capital enterprises in HongKong.
