cals环境下citis的关键技术与系统研究

摘  要: 持续采办与全生命周期支持(continuousacquisitionandlife-cyclesupport简称为cals)是美国国防部和产业界发起的一种策略,为在政府与工业企业之间开发、管理、交换及使用事务和技术信息,用最好的技术、过程和标准建立一个综合数据环境。为了达到cals无纸化的作业环境、资料的共享与电子资料一致性的三大目标,主承包商集成技术信息服务(contractorintegratedtechnicalinformationservice,简称为citis)占有重要的地位。citis利用计算机技术,网络技术与cals相关技术有效集成项目所有者、主承包商、子承包商、供应商和用户产生的技术信息,创造一个数据共享环境,从而在产品全生命周期里达到信息共享的目的。 论文的主要研究工作及创新成果如下: (1)分析了cals和citis的产生、发展、相关技术和国内外研究现状,明确citis在企业信息管理中地位,论述了cals环境下citis的研究问题。 (2)通过分析citis的用户类型、数据交换方式、采用的标准和系统的集成,提出了基于citis的企业信息共享模型,并说明该模型应具备的功能及模型的特点。 (3)根据citis的思想和企业的情况提出并分析了实现基于citis企业信息共享模型的关键技术:cals标准化技术,系统集成技术以及数据安全技术。 (4)给出citis平台的设计方法和步骤,根据合同信息需求表(contractdatarequirementslist,简称为cdrl),提出客户运作方案(customerconceptofoperations,简称为cco),并按照客户运作方案研究开发了citis平台的原型系统,为企业实施citis提供了借鉴作用。 (5)开发了citis平台的原型系统,并分析了该原型系统的功能。使研究成果不仅具有理论意义,并具有实用性和可操作性。 CALS /(Continuous Acquisition and Life-cycle Support/) is one of the strategies launched by U.S. DOD and enterprises. In order to develop、 manage、 exchange and use the information of affair and technology between government and industrial enterprises ,an integrated data environment is established by best technology、 process and standard. CITIS/(Contractor Integrated Technical Information Service/) is in an important position in CALS system in order to realize three main targets that paperless task environment ,sharing of information and consistency of electro data. CITIS integrates the information created by all of the users including prime contractor 、 sub contractor 、 suppliers、 and others by computer technology, network technology and relative technology of CALS, and create a data sharing environment in order to share information in the complete life-cycle.The main research work and innovative contributions of this thesis are as the following:Firstly, the analysis of invention, development and relative technology about CALS and CITIS and their present situation domestically and abroad are presented. The status of CITIS in the enterprise information management is defined and the research problem of CITIS in CALS is discussed in the paper.Secondly, an enterprises information sharing model based on CITIS has been put forward by analyzing user type of CITIS 、 mode of data exchanging、 adoptive standards and integration of system. CITIS platform that will be developed in the text is pointed out .And the function and characteristics of the model will be presented.Thirdly, the key problems of realizing the enterprises information sharing model based on CITIS is illustrated and analyzed according the CITIS concept and the situation of enterprises. The key problems including: standardized technology of CALS, integration technology of system and technology of data security.Fourthly, methods and process designed for CITIS platform are presented in the paper. CCO /(Customer Concept of Operations/) is put forward according to the CDRL /(Contract Data Requirements List/). And archetypal system of CITIS platform is developed according to the CCO, which can be use for reference when the enterprises implement CITIS in the future.Finally, an archetypal system of CITIS platform is developed and introduced. In conclusion, the research results not only have the theoretical value but also practicability and maneuverability.
