摘　　要： 随着信息技术和网络技术的发展，信息系统进入了网络信息系统(network-based information system：nbis)时代。运用信息技术建立信息互连网络，实现信息集成和共享，己成为社会各行各业改进管理、提高效率的一个主要手段。在信息系统网络化发展的趋势下，本文就构建广东省汽车综合性能检测参数信息系统进行了论述。 本文主要进行了如下研究： 1、分析与比较了客户机/月艮务器(client/server，简称c/s)模式和浏览器/服务器(browser/server，简称b/s)模式的体系结构及其特点。 2、针对汽车综合性能检测行业的特点，提出了基于c/s和b/s相结合的模式。对安全性要求高、数据处理频繁、数据传输量大，交互性强、地点固定的小范围内的业务，采用c/s模式实现；对安全性和交互性要求不高、地点灵活的广域范围内的业务，采用b/s模式。 3、对c/s和b/s混合模式下数据库访问方式进行阐述，重点对利用ado.net数据库访问方式进行了论述。 4、对．net框架，vb.net的特点，asp脚本语言的特点进行了介绍。 5、分析与设计了车型参数信息系统，主要包括系统的需求分析、数据库设计、功能模块划分、系统的应用模式设计、用户界面设计、系统的安全措施等。综上所述，本系统在结构上集成了c/s模式和b/s模式的优点，在程序设计上基于先进的.net框架，更好地满足了汽车综合性能检测行业进行检测参数共享需求。 With the development of information technology and network technology, the Information System has developed into the Network-Based Information System. Building information network, realizing information integrating and sharing with information technique has been the main method to improve management and raise efficiency for every trade in society. In the trend of information system developing into network, it is discussed that establishing Guangdong province vehicle multiple performance detecting test parameter information system in this dissertation. It is mainly includes the following aspects in this dissertation: 1. Analyzing and comparing C//S and B//S mode, the characteristic of C//S and B//S mode. 2. Aiming at the character of vehicle multiple performance detecting test trade, a C//S and B//S combined mode is presented. The C//S model is realized under high safety, the data processing is frequently and handing over is strongly. On the contrary B//S model is used. 3. The data access method in the C//S and B//S combined mode is described., and the data access through ADO.NET is mainly described. 4. The .NET framework, the character of VB.NET and ASP is introduced. 5. The author analyzes and designs the vehicle parameter information
