摘 要: 随着企业生产自动化程度不断提高,现场总线技术在工业生产中得到十分广泛的应用,目前的工业控制网络大部分都采用现场总线技术。与此同时,以太网技术在企业信息化过程中扮演越来越重要的角色,工业以太网作为一种全新的“现场总线”是未来工业控制网络的必然。因此随着企业信息化程度进一步提高,实现企业信息网与现场总线网络互联具有非常重要的现实意义和推广价值,并且已经成为当前研究的一大热点。 lonworks总线是目前被广泛采用的一种现场总线形式,lonworks总线具有标准完全开放,开发系统配置齐全,即插即用互联方便,多通讯媒介的连接方式,自由拓扑网络等性能优点,使其在自动化系统中占有重要的地位。 本文在嵌入式系统平台下,研究ethernet与lonworks信息转换技术,实现了工业以太网与lonworks现场总线网络的互联通信,从设备层到internet层的无缝连接,解决了lonworks控制网络的远程控制问题。 本文首先对ethernet、tcp/ip与lontalk协议进行分析,然后对系统各部分硬件模块进行设计,包括处理器控制模块、以太网卡接入模块、基于神经元芯片tmpn3150的lon智能节点模块等。最后,以相关的协议为基础,分析了软件系统的各项需求,包括对以太网卡的驱动、tcp/ip协议栈的实现、webserver网页浏览、处理器与神经元芯片间的通信和neuronc程序等。 以太网与异种网络的连接是工业化发展的必然趋势,研究它与lonworks现场总线的互联,为将来与其它现场总线进行互联奠定了一定的基础,具有广阔的应用前景。 As the automation degree of the corporation becomes higher, Field Bus technique is widespread availability in industrial process. Field Bus technique is adopted by most of industrial control networks. As a new kind of 'Field Bus', industial Ethernet become a goal of industrial control networks in future. At the meantime, Ethernet technology plays a more and more important role during the corporations' informational process. Along with the corporations increasing their informational degree , it has very important actual means and extension value to carry out that the corporation information intranet interconnects with the Field Bus, and already become a large investigation hotspot.LonWorks bus is widely applied now, which has many properties, for example, LonWorks bus's standard completely opened, plug and play convenient to interconnect, many connection styles to multi-communication media, freely topologic network and so forth. It has a important position in automatic system.In this dissertation, in the platform of embedded system, we will study Ethernet and LonWorks information conversion technology to realize their communication, realizing the connections between the equipments layer and Internet layer, resolving remote distance control questions of LonWorks.The dissertation first analyses the protocol of Ethernet、 TCP//IP and LonTalk, then designs the hardware modules of the system, including processor controller module, Ethernet network card cutover module, Lon intelligent node module based on Neuron TMPN3150.After designing and materializing of the hardware modules, it analyses the demands of the software system, including Ethernet network card' s driving, TCP//IP communication protocol's realization, a browser of Web Server, communication among the processor and Neuron chip, Neuron C program and so on.Industrial development in future, it is a necessary tendency that the Ethernet interconnects other heterogeneous networks.
