摘 要: TIO2半导体光催化剂具有高稳定性、耐光腐蚀、无毒的特点,并且在处理过程中不产生二次污染,TIO2光激发后,产生的空穴可氧化水分子产生强氧化性的羟基自由基(·OH),它可以在较短的时间内使水中难降解的有机物矿化;若以太阳光为辐射能源,可大大降低了处理成本,节约了能源,因此是一种具有普遍实用性的高效清洁处理技术,是国内外学者研究的热点问题。 本文采用焦炭负载纳米TIO2作光催化剂,外加少量过氧化氢,在紫外光或太阳光照射下,对有机酸性蓝62染料废水进行了脱色实验研究,这一研究尚属首次。 本文以工业水玻璃(硅酸钠)为粘结剂,采用焙烧技术,将纳米TIO2固定在焦炭载体上,制备了负载型纳米TIO2光催化剂。并以此作催化剂,在紫外灯和太阳光分别照射下,对酸性蓝(ACIDBLUE)染料废水进行光催化降解实验研究,实验结果表明,在紫外光(强度63μW/CM2)照射下、催化剂用量为1G/L、10%H2O2用量为0.2ML的条件下,1000ML浓度为20MG/L的酸性蓝染料废水经过40MIN的处理,其脱色率达到93%;若改用太阳光(光强323μW/CM2)照射,其脱色率则达到96%,证明了光催化氧化法可以有效地降解酸性蓝染料废水,;研究中探讨了催化剂投加量、外加氧化剂量和反应时间等因素对光催化降解反应的影响。影响纳米TIO2光催化氧化降解酸性蓝染料废水效果的各因子显著性顺序为:染料起始浓度>氧化剂用量>起始PH值>反应时刚>催化剂投加量。 实验中还对催化剂的使用寿命作了初步实验研究,结果表明:紫外光照射的强度越大则催化剂的使用次数就越多。若按脱色率为50%计算,太阳光照射下其使用的次数为6次,在紫外灯照射条件下则为5次,而无光照条件下仅可使用3次。 文中最后对负载型TIO2催化降解酸性蓝染料废水的机理 TiO/_2 semis-conductor light catalyst has a high stability and bear the light corrosion, not poisonous characteristics, and do not produce two pollutions during period of handle, after TiO/_2 lights stir up, the output empty cave can oxidize humidity the son creation the strong oxidize free radicals of /(OH/) sex, it can make in shorter time water in difficult decline the organic matter mineral of solution to turn; If in order to radiate energy, ether sunlight can lower the processing cost consumedly, economizing energy, so a kind of to have widespread function to sweep the processing technique efficiently, is a little bit hot problem that the domestic and international scholar study.This literary the grace makes the light catalyst with coke the immobilized nanosized TiO/_2 in the addition is a little the amount to the lead to the oxidize hydrogen, the projecting light the upon in the purple and outside the light or the sun light under, to organic the acidity blue 62 dyestuff the waste waters the carried on the taking off the color experiment research, this research belonged to a first time still.This text takes industrial water glass as to glue the knot, the adoption bakes to burn a technique, carrying a body in the coke fixedly up the rice TiO/_2, making the load type rice TiO/_2 light catalyst.
