摘　　要： 本文采用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法、系统法、逻辑分析法等方法，并参考《中国田径教学训练大纲》，以福建省各级业余体校田径训练班作为研究对象，对业余体校田径教练员、运动员的现状以及对运动选材、运动训练、运动竞赛和管理现状进行调查研究。 研究结果表明：各级业余体校对培养田径后备人才的目标不统一，利益所趋，运动员过早参加训练和早期专项化问题严重；教练员的学历水平虽然较高，但平时对专业知识和其它相关学科知识的学习不够重视，岗位培训流于形式，且机会很少，不能满足现代田径运动训练科学化的要求；运动员的“学训”矛盾突出，学习主动性不强，缺乏兴趣，假期和比赛结束后大部分业余体校都没有组织补课，体、教两系统在人才培养上未能达成共识；多数教练员的训练计划制定不完整，缺乏长远规划，在训练中凭自己的经验盲目训练；在选拔苗子时缺乏科学的指导；各级业余体校在田径设项上追求“大而全”，缺乏针对性；弄虚作假现象严重，兴奋剂、假年龄、假引进问题突出；领导不重视，经费不足，训练条件较差；这些问题的长期存在将困扰我省业余体校田径后备人才培养水平的进一步提高。 研究目的旨在为福建省业余体校田径后备人才的高质量培养和我省田径的重新崛起提供指导意义。 By the methods of literature study, survey study, mathematical statistics, systematic, logic study, etc., and consulting Outline of Athletics Teaching and Traming in China, this thesis takes athletics training classes in amateur schools of physical training in Fujian as subjects investigated, to investigate the present situation of coaches and athletes in these schools, and to study the selection of athletes, the training, competition, and administration of athletics.The result shows that: the amateur schools of physical training in every class are inconsistent in the targets of cultivating reserve athletes; driven by benefits, they trained and specialized the athletes too early. Although the coaches are highly educated, they take few accounts of expertise and related subjects; and the on-the-job training turns out to be a mere formality, it cannot meet the scientization requirement of modern athletics training. The contradiction of study and training is distinguished, and most of the schools do not organize the students to make up missed lessons after vacations and competitions; the systems of training and learning do not reach an accommodation in the cultivation of talents. Most of the coaches are shortsighted when making training plans; they just trained the athletes depending on their experience. They are short of scientific instruction when choosing young athletes. The schools in every class aim to be holosystemic when setting up items, but lack of technicality. The problems of falsification, excitant drugs, personation of ages, and ostensibly importing are overflowed. The leaders take no account of athletics and it lacks of funds, the training conditions are poor. The long-standing existence of all these problems will influence the cultivation of reserve athletes in our province.The purpose of this thesis is to provide guidance to the cultivation of reserve athletes in the amateur schools of physical training in Fujian, and to accelerate the growing up of athletics in our province.
