基于mcf5272的嵌入式网络控制器研究

摘  要: 嵌入式系统和控制网络技术在现代工业控制中得到越来越广泛的应用.嵌入式系统具有体积小、性能强、功耗低、可靠性高等特征,目前广泛应用到军事国防、消费电子、网络通讯、工业控制等领域.控制网络技术是现代工业控制的标志,它的出现极大促进了工业控制系统的发展.随着嵌入式系统和控制网络技术的发展,采用嵌入式微处理器及相关外围器件作为载体,内嵌专用的控制网络微系统,构造新一代的嵌入式网络控制器是控制器技术发展的一个趋势.基于嵌入式芯片技术的工业自动化设备具有很大的发展空间,目前已经大量的嵌入式微处理器应用于工业过程控制、数控机床、电力系统、电网安全、电网设备检测、石油化工系统等领域.针对当前嵌入式系统和控制网络技术的飞速发展的要求,该课题介绍了一种基于mcf5272的嵌入式网络控制器的设计方案.控制器以优化改进的嵌入式uclinux操作系统为核心,结合大量模块化集成的嵌入式领域新技术,具有良好的开放型、可扩充性;通过集成profibus-dp和以太网接口,能够实现现场和网络混合测控.该课题的目的就是研究能够实现现场和网络混合控制功能的嵌入式网络控制器.嵌入式网络控制器集成了输入输出通道、lcd显示和触摸屏模块,能够实现工业现场测控;集成了现场总线和以太网接口,具有网络远程测控功能;移植了嵌入式uclinux操作系统,使控制器具有较强的多任务处理能力.论文首先阐述了嵌入式系统技术、控制网络技术、控制器的研究现状与发展趋势,以及该课题的研究意义、研究内容;接着介绍了嵌入式网络控制器设计原则和整体方案设计;然后介绍了控制器的硬件结构设计及调试;最后介绍了嵌入式uclinux操作系统在控制器中的移植及应用实现.总之,该文完成了嵌入式网络控制器的硬件平台构架的设计、嵌入式操作系统的移植,为今后嵌入式网络控制器的后继开发提供了一个嵌入式平台. The embedded system and the control network technology has been applied more and more extensively in the modern industrial control.With the character of small size and high performace, low cost, high reliability, now embedded system has been applied in military, electronics, communication, industrial control and so on. The control network technology is the sign of the modern industrial control and it has promoted the development of the industrial control system. With the development of the embedded system and control network technology and by the use of the embedded specialized control network micro-system, and as the carrier of the embedded microprocessor and related peripheral equipments, constructing a new embedded network controller is the developing tendency of controller. The device of industrial automation based on the embedded chip technology has a deep developing space. Today many embedded controllers have been applied in the fields of industrial process control, numerical control machine, electrical power system, electrical network safety, electrical network device monitor, chemical system. In allusion to the demand of the embedded system and control network technology fastly developed, this topic introduces a design project of a network intelligent controller, which is based on MCF5272 microprocessor .This controller, cored with improved embedded uClinux operation system, merging large of new modularized integrated technology in embedded field, has excellent operability and expandability. Thus it can realize the field and network mixed measure /& control through integrating Profibus-DP and Ethernet interface. The intention of this topic is designing the embedded network controller which has the field and network integrated control function. The embedded network controller has integrated input /& output port and LCD display /& touch panel module, which can realize industrial field measure /& control. And it has integrated the f ieldbus and Ethernet interface, which has network distant measure /& control function. And it has transplanted the uClinux embedded operation system, which make controller has strong multi-function processing ability. This article firstly narrates the present researching status on the embedded system, control network technology and controller, as well as the meaning of this research and the key technology. And then introduces the whole project designment of the embedded network controller and the hardware framework. And then introduces the design of the controller' s hardware framework and debugging. Finally introduces how to transplants the embedded uClinux operating system and how to develop applicatioal realization. In a word, the article has completed the design of the embedded network controller and the transplantation of the embedded operation system, which provide the embedded platform for the subsequence development of the embedded network controller.
