摘　　要： 随着我国高等教育的跨越式发展，努力抓好高等学校人才培养质量的问题已越来越引起社会各界的重视。从2003年4月开始，精品课程建设作为“质量工程”的先期启动项目在全国各高校展开。2007年，教高[2007]1号文件又明确提出“继续推进国家精品课程建设”。但我国目前在精品课程建设过程中对精品课程网站制作方面的研究相对薄弱，不利于优质教育资源的共享和传播。 基于xml的精品课程网站在线制作系统力争解决现有精品课程网站制作方式中存在的问题。本系统向精品课程网站制作者提供了三种不同的制作途径。对一般用户，本系统提供了一个界面友好、操作简单、所见即所得的在线可视化编辑工具；对于一些对精品课程网站个性化要求较高的用户，本系统还提供xml文件、swf文件层次的制作途径。本系统制作出的精品课程网站采用flash技术。区别于传统的html页面，这类网站可以有效发挥flash在动画制作和多媒体呈现方面的优势，促进精品课程的传播效果；另外，使用flash 技术还可以方便地制作出符合scorm 标准的教学资源，有利于教学资源的重用和共享。本系统制作出的精品课程网站中的内容采用xml技术描述和存储，这种方式不仅可使课程内容更新便捷、提高信息检索的效率，而且还可使精品课程网站的资源与其它教学资源管理系统实现深层次的整合，促进资源共享。 本文介绍了精品课程建设的政策支持、建设现状。在对精品课程网站制作系统需求分析的基础上，作者对系统进行了整体设计，并详细阐述了精品课程网站在线可视化编辑和精品课程网站架构这两部分的技术开发要点。 最后，对本研究进行了总结，并提出了进一步的工作展望。 With the development of China's higher education by leaps and bounds, trying to improve student’s quality in colleges and universities has been drawing attention from all spheres of our society. From April 2003, as the pre-launch item of Quality Project, High-Quality Courses construction has been started by various colleges and universities in China. In the 2007 No. 1 Document, the Secretary for Higher Education of the Ministry Education explicitly put forward that we should continue to promote the High-Quality Courses construction project. But at present, the research on technology of the High-Quality Course Website’s Production is relatively weak in the national wide, which is not conducive to the sharing and dissemination of the excellent education resources in High-Quality Course Website. We strive to resolve the existing problems by the High-Quality Course Website’s Online Production System based on XML. This system provides the users three kind of means. For the general users, it provides an online visual editor which has a friendly interface and is easy to use; for the others who want to produce an especial High-Quality Course Website; this system provides the XML documents-based producing mean and the SWF file-based producing mean. Flash technology is adopted by the High-Quality Course Website which is made by this system. Different from the traditional HTML pages, Flash site can effectively play the advantages in Flash animation production and multimedia show. Accordingly, it can promote the dissemination effects of the High-Quality Course. In addition, we can also easily produce teaching resources with SCORM standards by flash technology, which is conducive to reusing and sharing. XML-based data storage and description mean can not only make the updates of the course content convenient and improve the efficiency of information retrieval, but also can make the course content and other Teaching Management System’s resources integrate deeply, which is conducive to sharing in the educational resources. This paper introduced the policy and the construction status of the High-Quality Courses construction project. On the basis of analyzing the demand of the High-Quality Course Website’s production system, the author designed the system’s functional structure, descripted fully the core technology of developing the High-Quality Course Website’s online visual editor and the High-Quality Course Website’s structure. Finally, the author summarized the work of this research, and made the further prospects.
