基于cpu卡的三相电子式多费率预付费电能表的设计与实现

摘  要: 多费率电价政策是我国近年来正在大力推广的电力计量制度,能够有效的缓解高峰期用电紧张的局面,调整用电负荷曲线。同时,cpu卡技术已经得到迅速的推广和广泛的应用,而应运而生的预付费用电方式可以很好的解决抄表繁杂,催交电费困难,用电信息不易统计等难题。本课题正是针对这一问题,开发一款各电力公司急需的三相电子式多费率预付费电能表,其所取得的成果也可以推广到其他工业领域。 (1)分析了三相电的理论及经典的电能测量方法和cpu卡通信技术及其运行环境,并对3des加密算法进行了分析。 (2)阐述了三相电子式多费率预付费电能表的实现方案,系统采用高精度的电能计量dsp芯片att7026作为计量芯片,采用片内资源丰富、抗干扰能力较强的低功耗多费率专用控制芯片fm2307作为主控制器,并在其上扩展cpu卡通信功能,该表可以实现多事件记录、rs485和红外抄表功能。 (3)设计开发了一款新型三相电子式多费率预付费电能表。硬件设计分为电源模块,计量模块,主控制模块及通讯模块,并对各个模块的接口和硬件抗干扰进行了设计;同时就当前开发工具和各个子程序的软件机构进行讨论和说明,其中涉及到了电能累加、时段控制算法、各种通讯方式的软件实现。 (4)论述了三相电子式多费率预付费电能表的时钟准确性及抗干扰设计、校表方法等,给出了系统的运行结果,并且对仪表测量的准确度和运行可靠性进行了分析。 本课题设计和开发的三相电子式多费率预付费电能表,可以实现精确的时段切换计量,并具有cpu卡先购电后用电,集中抄表功能。测量结果表明,该表具有较强的防攻击和抗干扰能力,主要技术性能达到并超过现行国家标准的要求,完成了预期的设计目标。 The multi-rate electric charge policy is broadly used in our country during these years.It can effectively ease the situation of power emergency, and regulate the electric power load curve. At the same time, CPU card technology is getting prompt extension and broad application, and coming into the prepayment electricity which can be a good way to solve some complex problems,such as meter reading, tariff reminders, the statistical power of information. My research is specifically made for this isuue, to develop a three-phase multi-rate prepayment watt-hour meter which is much-needed, its results could be expanded to other industries. Firstly, the three-phase power, the classic theory of power measurement and the CPU card communication technology and its working environment are analysed, moreover, the 3DES encryption algorithm is also construed. Secondly, the solution of the three-phase multi-rated prepayment watt-hour meter is expatiated in detail. The system adopts the high-accuracy measurement of power DSP chip ATT7026 as the measuring chip.Then use multi-rate special integrated circuits FM2307 which is rich in natural resources and has good anti-interference ability and low-power as the main controller, and expands CPU card communication function on the chip. This watt-hour meter is able to realize multi-event record, RS-485 and infrared feature. Thirdly, a three-phase multi-rated prepayment watt-hour meter is developed. The hardware design is divided into power module, measuring module, the main control module and the communications module, and interface between various modules and the anti-jamming hardware design is discussed.And the current exploitation implement and some sub-sector of software involving accumulation power, the time control algorithm, various communication ways are described. Fourthly, the clock accuracy, anti-interference designing, hardware and software checking method of the three-phase multi-rated prepayment watt-hour meter are discussed, the results of running the system is given. And instrumentation for measuring the accuracy and reliability of the operation is analyzed. The three-phase multi-rated prepayment watt-hour meter introduced in this paper works fine, it can achieve precise measurement between time switch and takes the CPU card as the carrier to develope a collect meter reading system.The measurement results shows that the watt-hour meter has strong anti-attack and anti-jamming ability, its main technical performance not only meets but also exceeds the current national standards, reaches the expected design.
