环保型防漏堵漏钻井液研究

摘  要: 井漏是严重危害钻井作业安全的最复杂情况之一,井漏的发生不仅会给钻井工程带来时间、经济等的损失,也给油气资源的勘探开发带来极大困难,因此井漏一直是国内外石油工程领域十分关注的问题。近年来,渤海油田深部古潜山地层钻井工程中的井漏问题较为突出。 针对渤海油田深部古潜山地层的特点,首先对常用的钻井液堵漏剂进行了优选评价;分别研制出了渗漏地层环保型防漏堵漏钻井液配方与裂缝型地层环保型防漏堵漏钻井液配方;评价实验表明,新研制的两套环保型防漏堵漏钻井液配方稳定性较好,抗污染能力较强,具有较好的生物可降解性,满足海上油田钻井工程要求;堵漏效果评价实验表明,新研制的两套环保型防漏堵漏钻井液配方能明显提高地层承压能力、堵漏效果显著;岩心流动实验表明,新研制的两套环保型防漏堵漏钻井液配方油气层保护性能较好。 Loss circulation is one of the most complex situations which can harm the safety of drilling operation. It causes not only time and economic loss to drilling engineering, but also brings difficulty to oil and gas exploration. So loss circulation has been a very important problem in the field of petroleum engineering. Recent years, loss circulation problem that happened in deep formation of ancient buried hill in Bohai Oilfield is serious. In view of the formation characteristics of ancient buried hill in Bohai Oilfield, firstly, some common drilling fluid sealing agents were evaluated. Environmental friendly leak resistance and sealing drilling fluids were developed for leaking formation and fracture formation respectively. The evaluation experiments show that the two newly leak resistance and sealing drilling fluids have good stability, high anti-pollution ability and are biodegradable easily, and can satisfy the standard drilling engineering in offshore oilfield. The sealing effect experiments demonstrate that the two newly leak resistance and sealing drilling fluids can enhance the pressure bearing ability of formation and have obvious leaking resistance effect. Core flowing experiment shows that the two newly leak resistance and sealing drilling fluids can protect reservoir.
