数字信道化接收机接口设计与pci驱动开发

摘  要: 电子战接收机用于侦查接收雷达信号和通信信号,是电子战中侦察系统和情报保障体系中的重要组成部分。本文介绍了一种基于ad6654+fpga+dsp+pci9054硬件结构的数字信道化接收机板卡的接口设计,pci驱动开发以及ad6654的配置。系统接口包括fpga通过桥接芯片pci9054与工控机cpci总线通信的pci接口,fpga与dsp通信的全双工链路口,以及fpga与ad6654通信的spi串口和并口。cpci工控机的操作系统通过设备驱动程序来控制接收机板卡,需要开发基于windows操作系统的pci驱动程序。直接下变频器件ad6654负责a/d采样和数字下变频,也需要对其寄存器进行配置。 首先介绍了软件无线电接收机基础理论和本课题接收机的系统结构、工作流程、各部分的主要功能以及数据流量分析。 其次,详细讨论了系统中各个接口的设计。对于pci接口,首先配置桥接芯片pci9054,它是接收机板卡数据总线与工控机cpci总线相连接的桥梁,负责将cpci端复杂的pci协议信号转换为相对简单的本地端信号。再设计与pci9054本地端连接的fpga接口模块,就实现了接收机板卡与cpci工控机的通信。对于链路口,根据dsp-ts201规定的链路口协议,利用quartus Ⅱ软件提供的ddr处理ip核,在fpga中设计将32位数据通过4对差分线进行数据传输的链路口发送和接收模块。对于spi串口与并口,根据各自的传输协议,设计fpga的spi串口模块和并口模块。其中spi串口实现了系统对ad6654寄存器的初始化配置,而ad6654下变频处理后的数据通过并口传给fpga进行缓存和下一步处理。 本课题的接收机处理板是cpci工控机的pci设备。本文基于wdm设备驱动模型,使用driverworks工具软件开发了针对windows xp操作系统的信道化接收机pci驱动程序。实现了target和dma传输模式下cpci工控机对接收机板卡的数据读写操作。 最后介绍了新型直接下变频器件ad6654的寄存器配置与下变频相关滤波器设计,实现了系统的a/d采样与数字下变频工作。 Electronic warfare receivers, as an important role in electronic warfare, are used to spy and receive radar and communication signals. In this dissertation, interface design, PCI driver and AD6654 configration on a digital channelized receiver based on AD6654+FPGA+DSP+PCI9054 structure are discussed. System interfaces include PCI interface with PCI9054, link-port, SPI port and parallel port. CPCI computer operation system uses device driver to control the receiver board, so PCI device driver basing on Windows should be developed. Wideband IF to Baseband Receiver-AD6654 is responsible for A//D sampling and DDC, registers of which need to be configured. Firstly, Soft-Defined Radio receiver theory is introduced, as well as the system structure, working flow, main fuctions of each part and flux analyse. Secondly, the interface designs are discussed. For PCI interface, PCI9054 is configured. As a bridge between receiver board local bus and CPCI bus, it is responsible for translating complicated PCI protocol signals on CPCI bus to simple signals on local bus. Then PCI local interface is designed, so that receiver board could communicate with CPCI computer. For link-port, according to TS201 link-port protocol, DDR IP core provided by Quartus II is used to design the transmitting and receiving modules to transmit 32 bit data through 4 couple differential wires. For SPI port and parallel port, the two port modules are designed according to each protocol. SPI port is used in initiating AD6654's register configuration, while parallel port realizes transmitting DDC data from AD6654 to FPGA for storage and postprocessing. This receiver board is a device of CPCI computer. Based on WDM driver model, the receiver board Windows XP PCI device driver is developed using DriverWorks software. It is realized that CPCI computer could do reading or writing operation with the receiver board on Target and DMA modes. Finally, the register configuration and DDC related filter design of AD6654 are introduced. A//D sampling and DDC are realized.
