摘　　要： 高速串行编解码器是高速串行数据传输系统的重要组成部分。在嵌入式系统，局域网络和广域网络等数据传输领域中，高速串行数据传输系统日益普及。因此高速串行数据传输系统的研究已经成为全球通信领域研究的热点。
　　 本文首先介绍了当今高速串行数据传输编解码技术的发展现状，以及纠错编码技术的发展历程。然后就高速串行数据传输使用的8B/10B线路码编码的原理进行了详细的阐述。再后对高速串行数据传输的XAUI接口进行了探讨，并对XAUI接口的传输协议原理进行了仔细的说明。最后讨论了BCH纠错编码原理，以及BCH乘积码的构造方法。
　　 在理论研究的基础上，本文提出了高速串行编解码器的整体设计方案。高速串行编解码器采用两级结构，第一级是用于纠错处理的BCH乘积码的编解码器，第二级是8B/10B编解码器以及XAUI接口协议控制器。该方案实现了使用纠错技术的高速串行编解码器，降低了传输数据的误码率，提高传输性能。整个设计方案可以根据用户的需要工作在两个不同的模式下。其中模式一是使用纠错技术的编解码的模式，模式二是不使用纠错技术的编解码的模式。
　　 最后使用VCS仿真软件生成的仿真验证结果表明，高速串行编解码器满足了实际工作的需求。
　　 High-speed serial I//0 codec is an important components of high-speed serial data transmission system.In embedded systems,local area network and wide area networks,and other areas of data transmission,high-speed serial data transmission system applications become increasingly popular.So,the research of high-speed serial data transmission system has become a hot research field of global communications. This paper introduces the current high-speed serial data transmission codec technology development status,as well as the development process of error correction coding techniques.Then in the field of high-speed serial data transmission,the coding principle of 8b//10b line code further explores.Secondly,the XAUI interface for high-speed serial data transmission is discussed.And the transmission control protocol of XAUI interface is are described in detail.Finally, the principle of the BCH error-correcting codes is discussed,and the construction method of BCH product codes is introduced. Based on the above principle, this paper proposed a design of codec for high-speed serial data transmission.Two-stage structure is used in the codec,the first stage is the BCH product codes codec is used for error correction,the second stage is a codec used for encoding and decoding 8b//10b code and controlling XAUI interface protocol. The codec using error correction technology will reduce the error rate in data transmission, and improve transmission performance. The whole codec can be run in different mode by user selection. Mode one is the use of error correction coding and decoding module,and mode two is not using error correction coding and decoding module. Simulation results that VCS simulation software generates show that high-speed serial I//O codec meets the requirements.
