武汉市既有公共建筑能耗分析与节能潜力研究

摘  要: 经济的发展、城市化进程的加快等均使公共建筑能耗占据的能耗比例越来越大。
   武汉市位于长江流域,属于夏热冬冷地区,夏季空调时间长、冬季需要采暖,建筑能耗大的问题尤为突出。因此,建筑节能工作对于武汉地区显得更加迫切和重要。
   本论文首先对武汉市既有公共建筑进行了能耗调研,从办公建筑、宾馆饭店建筑、商场建筑等几类建筑进行了能耗分析。通过单位面积能耗指标来分析建筑具体的能耗现状,并与同类气候条件下的其他地区的同类建筑进行比较,指出了武汉市既有公共建筑的能耗现状。
   在以上能耗分析的基础上,为更深入地了解武汉市既有公共建筑能耗特点,着重选取了一栋典型的大型公共建筑做为研究对象。运用DESIGN BUILDER软件软件建立了建筑模型,并通过ENERGY PLUS软件对其能耗进行了动态仿真,通过实测结果与实际模拟结果的比较,验证了模型的准确性。然后根据节能标准进行了标准建模,并以此为参考模型,通过标准模型与实际模型、实测结果的对比分析,得出了该建筑具有较大的节能潜力。
   最后通过模拟,从理论上讨论了窗类型、朝向、窗墙比对建筑能耗和负荷的影响。
   结果发现:低辐射玻璃和LOW-E玻璃产生的能耗最低;不同朝向的冷负荷峰值和太阳辐射得热占窗总得热的比值峰值出现的时间不一致,针对不同朝向,笔者建议在不同时间采用拉窗帘这种简单实用的方法以减少太阳辐射得热量;研究结果还表明建筑负荷和能耗与窗面积基本成线性关系。
   本文的研究结果可以为武汉市既有公共建筑的节能改造与节能建筑的设计提供参考。
With the development of economy and fast urbanization,the energy consumption proportion for public building is becoming larger and larger.Wuhan is located in the Yangtze River valley,belonging to the hot summer and cold winter region.In summer,the time for air-conditioning is long and in winter the room of the building needs heating.The problem for building’s energy consumption is prominent.Therefor,analyzing for public building in hot summer and cold winter origin is urgent and important. First this paper has investigated energy consumption into public buildings,dividing them into offices ,hotels, shopping malls and others.Energy consumption per metre is used to analyze the present situation of energy consumption in Wuhan.Then compares the situation with that in other cities under the same climatic condition. Based on the above analysis,a typical large-scale public building is chose for deeper study to find out the details of energy consumption for the public building.The paper simulates the actual model by EnergyPlus and DesignBuilder.This result varifies the accuracy of the actual model.And then,standard model is built up.From the analysis rusults among the actual model,standard model and measured data,the conclusion can be made that the energy-saving potential of the building is great. Finally,how the window type,zone towards and window to wall impact on load and energy consumption of the building is discussed in theory.Some conclusions are obtained. Low-E glass has the lowest energy consumption among these windows.The cooling load peak and the ratio of solar radiation heat gain to window total heat gain at different toward zone appear at different time.The curtains can be pulled at different time for different toward zone so as to reduce the solar radiation heat gain.The load and the energy consumption of the building has linear ralation to window area. The results in this paper can be a guideline fo the renovation of energy conservation on exsiting public building and the design of energy conservation building in Wuhan.
