摘 要: 21世纪初,中国外运提出要从一个传统的外贸运输企业发展成为按照统一服务标准和规范体系运作的、国际化、综合化和大型化的物流企业集团。在集团战略目标的指引下,辽宁有限公司对物流发展战略做出了总体规划,积极寻找物流市场切入点,在大连进行经营性资产的投入和建设,投资建设大连中外运物流有限公司集装箱场站。 本文就该建设项目的范围管理进行研究,分析项目的投资可行性,界定项目范围内容,明确项目范围管理控制方法。 At the beginning of the 21st century, China National Foreign Trade Transportation /(Group/) Corporation /(hereinafter called 'Sinotrans Group'/) set the aim that it would transform from a traditional international freight forwarding agent to an international, comprehensive, large scaled logistics conglomerate which is operated according to uniform service standards and under normative system. Under the strategic aim of Sinotrans Group, Sinotrans Liaoning Company Ltd. worked out its overall planning for logistics development. It will explore the market actively, including the investment and construction of operating assets. The investment and construction of the container yard by Dalian Sinotrans Logistics Company Ltd. is one of the projects. This thesis is on the research of the project scope management, analyzing the investment feasibility, defining the project scope, clarifying the controlling means of the project scope management.
