高职院校数字化管理平台的建设

摘  要: 本篇硕士论文进行了高职院校数字化管理平台/(以下简称为“平台”/)的设计和建设工作。首先进行了的可行性研究和需求分析,在此基础上进行了总体设计和详细设计。目前,无论是高等院校还是高职院校,都纷纷尝试采用数字化管理模式来管理其办公与教学科研环节中的各项工作,逐步建立数字化校园环境。但由于应用系统集成和数据整合工作有一定难度,加上没有得到足够的重视,致使各个分校区的各个信息系统在应用过程中出现“信息孤岛”现象,严重影响了校园数字化的工作质量和工作效率。本硕士论文根据我院数字化校园建设进一步深化的需要,以克服“信息孤岛”为目标,较全面地研究了采用门户技术来构建校园信息管理门户,采用单点登陆和统一身份认证来统一管理用户信息,采用统一的数据中心来集成数据,采用统一的数据交换平台来集成应用系统的有关技术,以实现集成、共享、协同和一体化的高职院校数字化管理平台。通过对当前主流软件开发工具及数据库技术的特性进行比较和分析,本平台的设计采用的技术路线是:各单个事务处理的管理信息系统采用Microsoft VS.NET/(或java/)+SQLSERVER2000技术,按B/S架构进行设计及开发;集成办公平台采用LOTUS DOMINO技术进行设计及开发,具有先进稳定的体系结构、跨平台支持、高度集成关系数据库、安全性高、便于开发工作流应用的优势,提供了可靠的安全性和强大的协同工作能力;各个管理信息系统在LOTUS DOMONO及ODBC的支持及管理下,实现各系统的单点登录、管理、应用、接口调度、数据备份等功能。完成平台设计后进行了平台的实现,然后对建成的平台进行了测试、调试和大半年的试运行。试运行过程中的测试的结果表明,本文设计和建成的高职院校数字化管理平台基本达到了预定的各项设计功能指标,较圆满地完成了硕士学位论文工作任务。 This thesis conducted a vocational college's digital management platform /(hereinafter referred to as 'platform'/), the design and construction. The first carried out feasibility studies and needs analysis, in this based on the overall design and detailed design. Currently, both universities or colleges, all have to try digital management system to manage their office and teaching and research aspects of the work, and gradually establish a digital campus environment. But application systems integration and data integration have some difficulty with not getting enough attention, resulting in various messages between branch schools application appears in the process of' information silo' severely affects the campus quality of work and digital efficiency. In this thesis, according to our hospital for further digital campus need to deepen, to overcome the 'information silo ' as the goal, more comprehensive study use campus portal technology to build information management portal, a single point of landing and uniform identity authentication to integrated management user information, using a unified data centers to integrate data, using a unified data exchange platform to integrate applications of the technology to achieve integration, sharing, collaboration and integration platform digital management vocational colleges. On the current mainstream software development tools and database technology to compare and analyze the characteristics, the platform is designed with the technical line is:the individual transaction processing management information system using Microsoft VS.NET /(or java/) /& SQLSERVER2000 technology, according to B//S architecture design and development; integrated office technology platform uses LOTUS DOMINO design and development, and stability with advanced architecture, cross-platform support, highly integrated relational database, safe, easy development of workflow applications, advantages, provided reliable security and strong interoperability; various management information system in the LOTUS DOMONO and ODBC support and management, the realization of the system's single sign, management, application, interface, scheduling, data backup and other functions. After completion of platform implementation of the platform, then built a platform for testing, debugging and six months of trial operation. Trial run during the test results show that the design and completion of the Higher Colleges of basic digital management platform designed to achieve the intended function of the index, compared with a master's degree thesis, successfully completed the task.
