摘　　要： 随着信息技术的发展,计算机在各行各业都得到越来越广泛的应用,各级教育部门也同样面临着信息时代的巨大挑战.教务信息管理的计算机化将是建设现代化学校必不可少的基本条件,因此,我们针对嘉应学院成人教育的具体情况开发了教务管理系统.该文主要对嘉应学院成人教育学籍管理信息系统的开发进行了研究.首先介绍中国现今高校中运行的教务管理信息系统现状、该课题的来源、系统可行性分析及研究这个系统的意义,然后对整个成人教育教务管理信息系统进行需求分析和设计,最后重点分新生报到、注册、在校生学期注册登记、学籍变动管理、奖惩登记、毕业管理和档案管理六个模块阐述了学籍管理信息系统框架设计、界面与代码实现过程.该系统采用客户/服务器结构和浏览器/服务器结构相结合的体系结构,选用MICROSOFT SQL SERVER 2000开发后台数据库,以C++ BUILDER 6.0作为前台开发工具开发而成.具有界面友好,使用简单灵活,数据安全可靠性高等特点.系统的运行将减轻教务人员的工作负担,提高工作效率,并为教师和学生提供良好的查询服务. With the development of information technique, computer is more and more applied in all sorts of departments, all levels educational management department also equally face the bigness challenge of the information era. Educational administration information is handled by computer,which is the basic condition of developing modern university, so that we design the educational management information system just for Jiaying University Department of Adult Education. In this paper,we studied the development of the student's status management information system of Jiaying University Department of Adult Education. First,it gives a simple introduction of the situation of our country's educational management information system and the origin of the problem and system feasibility and the meaning of researching the system.Then,it discuss the requirement analysis and design of whole adult education Educational administration management information system.At last,the six system modules are divided to discuss the system frame design and the realization of interface and program code of the system.They are the freshman check-in and register module,the old student register module,the student's status alteration management module,the reward and punish register module,the graduate student management module and the file management module.The system is based on the mixed structure of C//S and B//S and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database management system,it is developed by C++ Builder 6.0. It has many feature such as friendly interface,convenient operating,data security and high dependability etc. The system will lighten educational administrator's work and improve their work efficiencily, and provide good searching services for teachers and students.
