摘　　要： 该文通过高等学校在信息化过程中的教学管理问题,提出了开发成教教学管理信息系统的必要性,深入分析了该课题的背景和目标,并重点阐述了该系统在开发过程中需求分析准备、教学管理模式,详述了系统数据库设计的思路、特点及其步骤.在数据库实现阶段,该文多个方面分析了提高MSSQL SERVER数据库系统运行性能的技术及其实现方法;讨论了系统的计算模式、数据库选择、平台和开发工具选择等问题;讨论了C++BUILDER数据库前端开发工具如何与MSSQL SERVER数据库紧密结合来开发教务管理信息系统,以及对如何保证数据参考完整性、一致性、安全性的解决方案及其策略作了较为深入的探讨.该系统技术先进、界面美观、性能稳定,它是优秀软件工程管理方法与计算机网络技术和通信技术完美结合的成果.它符合当今计算机网络技术以及卓越的网络应用软件技术的发展趋势.应用该系统,能显著地改善嘉应学院成人教育的教学管理水平,极大地提高学校成人教育的教务管理竞争能力和效率,切实解决了学校在成人教务管理中的薄弱环节和关键环节,因而具有极大的推广价值.该文不但阐述了该系统的功能、结构和特点,而且还介绍了开发该系统所解决的关键技术. By analyzing teaching management problems in the process of information education of college and university, this paper puts forward the necessity of the development of the information system and deeply analyzes the background and the aim of the topic. What' s more, this paper focuses on the preparation of demand for analyses and educational administrative mode and details the thought of system database designing, characteristics and its steps. In the solid present stage of the database, this paper analyzes the technology of the MSSQL SERVER database system and its achieving method from the three aspects of the server, network and customer' s machines. Furthermore, it discusses how the front developing tool of C++ Builder database gets closely united with database of MSSQL SERVER to develop the information system of the educational administration management and studies the solutions and its strategy how to guarantee the completeness, consistency and safety of referent data. Advanced techniques of this system, beautiful interface and stable properties should attribute to outstanding software engineering management method, techniques of computer network and the correspondence. It follows the development trend of today' s the technique of computer network and applicated software techniques. Applying the system, we can largely improve the education management level of adult education of Jiaying University. At the same time, we can increase the competition and efficiency of educational administration management of the school. Therefore, the weak link and key point of adult educational administrative management will be solved and it has a great popularizing value. This paper not only tells the function, the construction and the characteristics of the system, but it also introduces the key techniques of developing the system.
