摘　　要： 随着中国高校体制改革的不断深入,高校的管理越来越复杂,而教务管理在高校管理中起着举足轻重的地位,因此在高校教务管理中建立管理信息系统相当重要.目前在高校教务管理中已有一些信息管理系统在使用,但与实际需要仍存在差距.针对这种情况有必要就如何在高校教务管理中建立具有自身特点的管理信息系统进行深入探讨.该文通过对嘉应学院成人教务管理的实际情况的分析,提出了教务管理信息系统建立的必要性与可行性,并针对其中的成绩管理系统和选课管理系统的开发过程进行了详细的论述.论文从系统硬件结构、体系结构方面进行介绍,并讨论了实际开发中有关技术.提出了一套基于客户/服务器(C/S)模式的具有开放性和灵活性的完整方案,包括系统的总体方案设计、系统编码设计、数据库设计等.该系统前端采用面向对象的开发工具C++BUILDER 6.0,在后端采用SQL SERVER 2000加以实现.最后,该系统经过综合测试和实际的数据录入运行,系统的功能达到设计要求. With the deepening of our country' s system reform in colleges and universities, how to manage the institutions of higher learning becomes more and more complicated and educational administration is playing a decisive role in administration of colleges and universities. Therefore, it is very important to create management information system in collegiate educational administration. Currently,there are some researches and development about educational administrations syatem, but there are still much room for improvement in algorithm design, system' s security and stability and system application. So it is necessary for us to deeply discuss how to create a management information system with its own characteristic in educational administration by taking educational administration syatem. By analyzing the current status of Jia Ying college adult educational administration, this paper discusses that it is necessary and feasible to found a new educational administration system, and introduces an important part-score administration manage and elective courses administration system. It introduces hardware structure, architecture structure. We discuss the technology in practical work and design an open and flexible project basing on client//server /(C//S/) mode for manage system for administration department of general university including the whole plan design of system , coding design of system , the database of system. With the object/_oriented method, C++ Builder 6. 0 on the front endand SQL Server 2000 on the back end , we implement this system concretly.At last, this system achieve design demand by integrating test and real data running.
