摘 要: 制造业领域内CAX(CAD/CAPP/CAM)种类繁多,这些应用多为分散孤立的单项应用,带来如数据重复、业务分散、操作相互独立等问题.由于产品数据管理(PDM)系统可以统一管理与产品有关的全部信息,以PDM为基础的CAX集成越来越受到重视.传统的解决方案多是基于开放式专用接口、专用组件之间的集成模式,要求各方软件联合进行设计和改造,相互提供大量的开放式接口或组件,由于软件体系和多方配合程度的制约,提供足够的开放式接口困难很大.针对传统集成方法的不足,本文围绕PDM/CAX异构系统集成技术开展了研究.在对集成原理、总体要求分析的基础上,结合集成设计原则和参考模型提出了一种基于PDM的CAX异构系统柔性集成方案.利用集成代理、组件技术、和消息驱动等技术对柔性集成方案的主要模块进行设计,重点实现了基于代理和消息驱动的PDM/CAX异构系统集成,通过集成代理和消息管理服务器实现异构系统的信息传递和功能调用.该集成方法以统一、可扩展的方式解决了跨语言、跨应用系统的CAX系统与PDM集成存在的问题,降低了系统集成的耦合度,提高集成的柔性.根据本文提出的基于PDM的CAX系统柔性集成方案,实现了开目PDM与主流CAD软件、开目CAPP以及ERP系统等的集成,验证了集成方案的可行性和有效性.文章最后展望了本课题的研究重点和发展趋势. Various CAx applications/(CAD//CAPP//CAM/) are usually used dispersedly and independently in manufacturing enterprises, which leads to repetitive datum, sporadic transactions and independent operations. For all product information can be managed as a whole in Product Data Manage /(PDM/), the integration of CAx applications based on PDM is paid more and more attention. The traditional solution is mostly based on open customized interface or component, which demands collaborative design and reconstruction and providing a great lot of open interfaces and components. But this demand is beyond practice for the restriction of applications’ frame and the degree of cooperation. Aiming at the shortage of traditional solution, the integration technology of heterogeneous systems is given research. Combined with design principles and reference model of integration, a solution of flexible integration is put forward based on the analysis of principium and requirement of integration. The key modules are designed and implemented by the use of integration agent, component and message-driven etc. The design and implementation of PDM//CAx system integration based on component and message-driven are elaborated in this thesis. Information transfer and function calling are realized by using integration agent and message management server. With this technology, the integration of PDM and CAx applications is realized in a unified and expandable manner. The coupling degree of system integration is decreased and its flexibility is improved. According to this solution the integrations between Kaimu PDM and mainstream CAD, ERP, Kaimu CAPP are implemented, which validates the feasibility and efficiency of integration solution. Some possible research directions and emphases of integration are given in a further step as the summary of this thesis.
