摘　　要： 办公自动化系统在电子政务、电子商务等领域的应用日益广泛,如何实现不同办公自动化系统之间的数据交换,解决'信息孤岛'问题,是当前办公自动化领域研究的一个热点.该文简要介绍了办公自动化系统的发展过程,分的了办公自动化系统的现状,简单讨论了WEB服务和XML技术在数据交换中的应用,给出了在办公自动化系统中设计数据交换层的一般方法,并详细叙述了在LOTUS DOMINO/NOTES环境下的实现过程.文章详细介绍了数据交换层的主要设计目标以及围绕这些目标的具体实现思路.类似的数据交换层在某大学基于LOTUS DOMINO/NOTES的办公自动化系统中得到了应用,有效的解决了与其他办公自动化系统之间的数据交换问题.该文介绍的数据交换层的设计实现思想可供其他OA系统借鉴和参考. OA is becoming increasingly popular in the field of e-business and e-GOV. However, in the field of OA research, it is a hot spot that how to exchange data between different OA systems and how to connect the distributed information islands. This paper reviews the development of OA, analyzes the current statuses of OA, discusses the application foreground of Web Services and XML in data exchanging, introduces the general methods of designing a data exchange layer in OA, and describes an implementation in the environment of Lotus Domino//Notes in detail. This paper details the main design object of the data exchange layer with practical implementation ideas. Such a data exchange layer has been deployed in a Lotus Domino//Notes-based OA system in a university, and has proved to be an effect solution to the problem of exchanging data between different OA systems. The data exchange layer in this pager promises to be helpful to the developers who are designing the similar OA systems.
