摘 要: 专家系统是人工智能的一个重要分支,它通过领域专家们大脑中的专业知识运用推理机来解决领域内的困难和问题。它的核心在于知识库和推理机。本文围绕专家系统进行了深入研究,所得的成果主要包括:1)知识库维护方面,为了保证知识库自身的有效性及规则间的一致性,提高推理机推理的速度以及推理结果的正确性,提出了一套成功的知识库维护方案并给出了知识库中冗余规则、矛盾规则、循环规则和孤立规则的检查方法。2)设计了一种新的推理树结构,它根据正向推理机推理的过程,采用分层分类别存储规则,极大地减少了推理机每次推理与规则匹配的数目,从而提高推理机的效率。文章详细描述了新推理树结构的更新算法(包括插入和删除规则的算法)以及在此基础上的推理算法。3)论述了WEBSERVICES技术及其在INTERNET应用的优势,文章结合WEBSERVICES的异构平台互通的能力,设计了一个跨平台的、具有良好扩展性的基于WEB的分布式决策专家系统框架,并以与我们最接近的学生系别选择作为一个简单的应用来展示其功能。系统通过组件封装推理机、知识库管理和维护等业务逻辑处理模块,具有良好的扩展性、伸缩性、兼容性和协作性,实现了多专家系统的分布式协同合作。 Expert system is an important branch of the artificial intelligence, which uses the reasoning machine to solve the difficulties and problems in the field through the professional knowledge in the brain of experts in the area. Its core lies in knowledge-base and reasoning machine.With deeply research on expert system, the following innovative results are given:1/) As for maintenance of the knowledge-base, in order to guarantee the validity of knowledge-base and the consistency among the rule, and to improve the speed and correctness of reasoning, a successful maintenance method of knowledge-base is presented and the methods of checking the redundant rule, circulation rule, conflict rule and isolated rule are given.2/) A new reasoning tree structure is provided, which, according to the process of reasoning in the forward reasoning machine, adopts hierarchy and classification in storing rule and greatly reduces the number of rule-matching per time when the machine reasons. So the reasoning efficiency is greatly improved. In this thesis, the updating algorithm for new reasoning tree structure /(including insert and delete rule algorithm/) and reasoning algorithm are demonstrated in detail.3/) Web services technology and its advantages on Internet are introduced.With using component to encapsulate reasoning machine, maintenance of knowledge-base and other business logical functional modules,a distributed decision expert system frame based on web is designed,which have trans-platform ability by using web services' abilities of interconnection between different platform. In addition,a simple application related to students' department-choice is introduced to express its function,which has better extendibility, elasticity, compatibility and cooperation and also realized the cooperation of distributed multi expert systems.
