摘　　要： 　　本文以一个基于LOTUSDOMINO/NOTES平台的电子公文审批系统的设计开发为例，首先讨论设计与实现该系统的相关技术，结合用户实际提出的需求，设计系统的总体结构方案和功能模块，然后通过系统结构、程序结构的设计和开发，构建了一个基于LOTUSDOMINO/NOTES平台，以LOUTSSCRIPT技术、NOTES文档数据库和0RACLE8I数据库为基础的、实现公文文件从起草、修改、审核到审批签发全部流转过程的、具备高效、全面、安全、易用等特点的系统。在实现方法上，利用ESB技术把NOTES文档数据库和ORACLE关系数据库结合起来，发挥两者优势，结合工作流平台WORKFLOW3.0，实现灵活的工作流配置功能，使用.NET技术和WORD2003开发专用的公文编辑器，采用“文件分发”的概念解决“并行会签”的难题，使用LOUTSSCRIPT开发技术实现电子审批系统的主要功能和系统流程。本文概括地阐述了一个基于LOTUSDOMINO/NOTES平台的电子公文审批系统的设计开发过程，由于篇幅所限不可能做到面面俱到，另外鉴于安全和商业秘密的要求(单位有严格的保密制度和要求)，对开发过程中涉及到的内容只进行概括性的介绍，无法进行具体描述。 The development of Office Automation is attached more and more importance in recent years with the technics of computer and network widespread apply, the electronic official document emerges at the historic moment. The electronic official document is different to the paper official document, it is a new form for official document management, with carrier by computer electronic document, with tools managed and stored by computer, with channel spread by computer network and other data corresponding medium. The electronic official document has excellence of store smally, fast to search, transmit remotely, and so on. Compare with the paper official document, it increase the efficiency obviously, can more adapt the request of increasing business. Nowadays the E-govement develop with high speed, it is very necessary for govements or enterprises to have an efficiency electronic official document system with high-degree automatic and high efficiency contained all kinds of function.Take an electronic official document approveing system based on Lotus Domino//Notes platform for instance, the article put its development under discussion. On analysis of the requirement of the customer and the systems of this kind, the systematic module and function was determined. And then establish an efficient, secure, general and usable electronic official document system based on Lotus Domino//Notes platform, technique of LoutsScript and 0racle8i background database, to realize all kinds function and flow of official document.In point of realizing, make use of techinue of ESB to combine the Notes documental database with Oracle relational database, exert each advantage. Make use of workflow platform Workflow3.0 to realize flexible workflow configuration function. Make use of techinue of . net and Word2003 to develope special official document editor. Make use of concept of 'document distributing' to solve the problem of 'parallel approving' .
